Brandon was very professional, courteous, polite and answered all questions/concerns I had about my garage door and its components. Brandon gave me a detailed explanation about the wear and tear of components of the garage door (i.e. springs, bearings, etc.) to assist me in determining when to replace these components. I truly appreciate the service and work that Brandon performed on my garage door and the quickly scheduling of this appointment by Precision Door. Kudus to Precision Door. I had originally called in explaining that the opener worked from the wall switch, but not from the remote. The technician examined the garage door opener, one that has been in service for about 50 years, and tried, to no avail, to get my non-working remotes back to working. He then tried one that he had on hand. Nothing worked and since my garage has LED lamps, installing a separate transmitter would not work. He carefully reviewed the available options and had the company Email me an explanation of the options. I haven’t made up my mind, since the wall switch stills works, but his thorough evaluation and is much appreciated. If I do decide to go with a new opener, I will choose this company.

Service call was for a broken garage door spring, in less than 2 hours of placing the service call, Matt McNatt took the call and replaced both springs and put eight new rollers (no charge for rollers for purchase of two new springs) on our door in under 30 minutes. He was very professional, performed the job quickly and did a great job. We will definitely recommend this company to others and use them again in the future.

Always professional, courteous and willing to help. Precision will not shy away from helping you out with smaller jobs and they charge when it's fair to charge. If they can make a problem manageable without replacement or extensive contract work, they will do that. In my case, that kind of fair-minded attitude towards the work involved has earned my loyalty. They hire good guys around whom I'm very comfortable. We have a replacement door coming b/c ours broke. They have been very fair on price too.
