Called Saturday morning and Michael arrived on time as stated. Installed new spring and got door working properly. Even helped install roller I had. Great repair price and even honored coupon I had. Rick Scheiderer is an excellent certified technician! Rick has come several times concerning my garage door and has been professional, friendly, and informative. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he could do to fix the problem. He also gave helpful information when I asked the price of a new garage door. He also noticed that a light needed replacement in the motor unit and replaced it for me. This time when I made the appointment, I told the appointment employee that I only wanted Rick because of his expertise. I would definitely rate Rick all 5"s!!
