Ben and Joe did a Great Job! They called first and was ahead of the appointment window. Garage door is working better than it did 20 years ago when we bought our home. He installed a new opener and also installed new door hardware. When he was finished, he went through all the operations of the door, including the wall entry, remotes, and WiFi options.

Customer service was excellent when I called and spoke with Kerry.She tried so hard to get someone out the same day but it was late so I had to wait till the next day which I completely understand.She said Michael would be there between 2-4 and he was there right at 2.He was so wonderful and explained and showed everything to me and no pressure on what I needed to do.He was also very helpful in telling me how top care better for my door in the future.I would not call anyone else next time I need help.
