Michael Falberg is awesome! I have been having difficulties with my garage door a couple of times now and Michael has fixed me right up. He is so kind and always explains things so well. The last time he came out I actually got stuck in traffic and couldn't get home to meet him...but that didn't slow him down. He went right to work and fixed me up. Thanks Michael! Setting up service call was simple and I was impressed with how quickly the appointment was confirmed by e-mail even a picture of the technician. Rick was on time and very professional and personable. Rick did a thorough analysis and then explained exactly what he was doing and why. I have a high quality opener and door but they are 15 years old. Rick solved my problem at a very reasonable cost and gave me another few years I am sure! I will never call any other company but Precision.

I had the Precision advertising mailer but what's convincing me to select Precision was good rating on Angie's list and I was also impressed with your website, that how information was presented and laid out. And the fact that you have live person to answer the calls at night really stands out. The scheduling was easy and the lady I spoke to did not try to over complicate the price quote, to which I really appreciate. The technician, Wes, was very nice and easy to work with. He's very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. He's very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. This is my first time using the company but will definitely not the last, and I will recommend this company to others for sure.

The service tech (Wes) called when he was enroute, showed up on time, reviewed the job, answered questions, went straight to work. Wes worked to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The cables on my garage door came off track on Sunday and I called Precision because of their BBB rating. The only reason they didn't come the next day was because of MY schedule! Rick was here bright and early Tuesday. He restrung the cable and then serviced the door to make it run smoother and quieter. Thanks for good customer service and technical expertise.

There was no actual garage door repair work performed. Through Angie's List , I simply purchase a Garage Door Tuneup special (lubrication and rollers replacements).
