Tech arrived on time, evaluated the condition of my door made recommendations explained all three. Quickly finished the job, cleaned up, oiled and checked the door. Overall very professional and competent. Replaced springs, bearings, and rollers.

Very satisfied with Precision! This is the second time we have had need to call on them to help us out. Very courteous and professional from the appointment scheduler to the technician, Rick, who solved the problem! Our appointment was made at 5:30pm on a Sunday and we were scheduled for next day service during a two hour block. Rick showed up within the first 20-30 minutes of the block! Rick replaced a 9 year old worn out gear & sprocket and reattached the chain. Good as new. It was also nice to see that Rick was the same technician that worked on the garage 3 years prior. I think that says something about the company and the employee. My only thing is that I forgot to print out or mention the $25 coupon!!! That's on me. Definitely would recommend this company! Thanks for being awesome!

returned from out-of-town trip to a garage door that wouild not open. I am handicapped so my wife went in through the front door and returned to tell me a spring was broken. We got me inside through the front door and ?I immediately began for emergency door repair. I was very surprised to find that Precision could be at my house within a couple of hours. The tech called to let me know he was on the way and once here he quickly had my door repaired. I was very pleased since my wheelchair ramp accesses the back door and is my primary entrance and exit point. Fast, professional quality service at a reasonable price given that I called at 2:3p0 PM on a Sunday. Will use you again if needed and highly recommend your company. Thank you, Mike Slater.

After installing a new motor ourselves we actually called to program new remotes which we could not get to work. The technician discovered the root cause problem with the track and a sensor and now the garage is working perfectly. The technician was very knowledgeable and Precision is my company of choice.

Calles to see if I could get a tech out to take a look at my door as it was "shifting" to the left. It was repaired several years ago by Precision and having had a great experience then, I made the call once more. Did not expect a repairman so quick, but she said she would get Rick out there to take a look as he was in the area. Several hours later Rick was there and gave me a thorough review of the problem. Very pleased with his knowledge and honesty.

We had a garage door that was buckling all of a sudden and precision door sent someone out to our home on the same day as the problem occurred! They made my appointment over the phone and then followed up with an e-mail conformation of my appt. time, who my tech would be with a profile picture and a background summary..... pretty impressive! Our tech was very thorough and professional..... totally recommend this company!

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I called Precision and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick Scheiderer was our technician. He came in, assessed the situation, offered additional repair options (that we accepted) and made the necessary repairs fast and efficiently. He then looked at our opener motor which wasn't part of the scope of the work but found an issue that was causing the motor to make more noise than it should. He repaired this issue as well. My garage opener has not been this quiet since we bought the house 12 years ago. Rick was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. If I have more problems in the future, I will call Precision and ask for Rick. ps. I hope he enjoyed the pot roast. Sincerely, Barry Roberts

Service tech., Rick did a good job, giving me options to repair, or replace door. He did not pressure me into a decision. The install crew were quick and efficient. They left the area clean, by taking the old door and hardware.

Wes did a great job, and was done in no time! He converted my single-spring (broken) setup over to a double spring, which should help extend the life of the springs. He also made some other upgrade recommendations to replace the inferior plastic sleeve bearings on the bearing plates with sealed ball bearing units instead, which I opted for. Now my already quiet door opens/closes almost silently. Very happy with Wes' service!

After dealing with overpriced shade-tree Sharks for Garage door repair and parts, I finally called Precision in 2014. My garage door was fixed perfectly , the price was less than 75 bucks, and this year I replaced my old 1996 chain drive Genie with a Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener and ,, it was cheaper than I had expected! Everyone from Dispatch to the Technicians are kind, punctual,and knowledgeable! So why would you want to go anywhere else? They are a 5 star accredited business in my book!! FYI, The liftmasters openers with MyQ technology is awesome! I use my smartphone to open,close my garage door...But it closes on its on after a set amount of time that you have programmed, just in case you drive off and forget to close it~~
