Rarely would I take time to write a review, unless of course it is well deserved. I had used Precision door back in 2008. My wife still has the old invoice and I was able to call them again in 2014. Why did I call them again. To begin with, I had called about 4 of their competitors prior to calling Precision back in 2088. Each one tried to sell me something I din't feel was needed. Including a new door and remote system. In 2008 Precision came in and for about $65.00 took care of my problem. Their 2008 repair would have lasted longer than the 2014 repair we needed except an automobile hit our door. Our door was a mess. I expected it to cost in the high hundreds if not over $1,000.00. I only called one company which was PRECISION. Our bill was $159.00 and I am 250% satisfied with the repair the tech and everything that was done. I live in a small community of 87 homes. I have watched others OVER pay for garage door services. After my 2014 repair by Precision I am going to make sure Precision name and phone # are given out to everyone in my community. In my opinion Precision did what a great business should do. They where prompt and provided great service and exceptional value. If you don't want to feel or get ripped off by one of the other garage door repair companies.... put your trust in Precision. I will.

Yesterday afternoon late, my garage door spring snapped. I called Precision and was quickly scheduled for an appointment today between 4 & 6 PM. They sent me a confirmation email which included the name of our technician, Brandon, and his picture. Brandon called me a little after 2 PM today asking if he could come early to fix our garage door. I said yes and Brandon arrived about 15 minutes later. I told him we had the spring replaced about two years ago and he let me know that with a two car garage door one spring would not last long. This was contrary to what a competitor, Overhead Garage Door Company, had said when they replaced the original two springs with one the last time. He quickly inspected the rest of the door and let me know that he may not be able to save one of the cables that had wound around the rod when the spring broke, but that the rest looked in good shape. He gave me an estimate of about $380 without the Angie's list coupon. I gave him the green light and watched him fly. He was able to unwind the suspect cable and after a good inspection told me it was savable after all. He went on to replace the broken spring with two new ones and after adjusting everything, lifted the door with one hand like it was new. Brandon was professional, personable, and fixed our problem very quickly. He was able to find a coupon which saved me more on the springs and brought it in at $291. Needless to say, I was more than impressed. Brandon even took a liking to our Grate Dane and asked to take his picture to show his wife. You just can't go wrong with a technician who your dog likes. The entire experience was a painless as could be and I would definitely use Precision again.

I choose Precision Door Service mainly for their hours!! I had called another door service and they only worked 8 - 5...M - F.. and on Sat IF a technician "voluntarily" choose to work! I have a full time job and they just were not willing to bend to accommodate me...I called Precision because my remotes would not open the door even thought they had new batteries. Turns out battery just was not making contact...simple fix for Brandon...while he was here he serviced my door. Excellent service and job well done! He was on time and got right to it! I would strongly recommend this company!!

Very happy with my garage door repair service. Called for an estimate regarding replacing a broken spring based on other positive onsite reviews. They provided an oral estimate and options for reducing my cost over the phone. Promise of a short time frame (1 to 3 hours)for the service call was important as the garage door is very difficult to open having just a single spring, which was broken. Rick was very experienced and provided a good assessment and cost estimate of what was needed for the repair along with some other recommendations. I opted to have two door springs installed along with replacing older worn rollers. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and now my garage door works better and is quieter than it has ever been.

Ad in yellow pages had a professional look to it. Operator was very thorough and helpful when I called and found a time around our schedule. Our garage door torsion spring broke and trapped our SUV inside. The technician recommended going to 2 springs since the door was so wide. Now it operates better then new, very quiet and smooth going up or down. The tech noticed a couple of hinges going bad and replaced them as well. I give them the best rating of 5. Nice e-mails too. Definitely recommend.
