Our 30 year old opener died. I called Presision and got an appointment for the service call on the morning I was free. The technician called before he came and arrived on time. He gave two options and quoted the price, then put in the new motor and cable. All in all we are very satisfied. This is my third time using Presicion (new springs in 2012 and a new door in 2015), and we have had the same great service each time

I could not have asked for a more professional technician than Rick. He was on time, did a full evaluation of our needs, presented our options and did the work efficiently and to my satisfaction. Called when our door got stuck open; Precision came first thing next week, conveniently for us. We ended up replacing our broken 15 year old opener with a brand new setup, and couldn't be happier.
