A spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I called and immediately spoke with a representative who scheduled a repair for the next morning. As promised, the technician called before coming, arrived when he said he would, and replaced the spring and its counterpart on the other side of the door in about half an hour. I had downloaded a $25 discount coupon from the company's website, which was applied to the invoice. The price was reasonable and the repair was timely and complete.

I am very pleased with the service I received! I called on Sunday morning because I couldn't get my garage door to go down. I was told the tech would be there between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.on Monday and he arrived at exactly 8:00 a.m.!!! Although it was actually user error that was causing the door not to go down completely....Branden didn't make me feel like an idiot!! I would definitely use Precision again!

Eric was the installer of the garage door springs- he came on Monday and weighed my wood double garage door which was 400 lbs- he said he did not have it on the truck- someone called me to inform me that the door springs had to be ordered then called back to let me know when they would arrive and set up a follow up date for installation. Great customer service would recommend them to anyone and will use again if ever needed.

Very Efficient and professional Company. Our Technician Robert was courteous and ver knowledgable.The cost for repair was more than reasonable considering it was an Emergency call on Saturday. The last time I had a Garage Door Company come out to repair my Garage door it cost me 250.00 for 15 minutes of repairs! But what really made me mad was the fact that the technician broke the emergency release mechanism and said he didn't have that part and it would have to be ordered! Needless to say, I was furious. and my door still wasn't fixed. But Robert had the upgraded parts I needed and he inspected and adjusted my door PERFECTLY!Of course Im giving Precision Door a A+ rating. Now thats how you treat a customer! Called to get an appt for an estimate of our broken garage door. Service tech couldn't arrive until between 6-8pm, I took the appt thinking it'd be for an estimate. The tech arrived on time as promised and called beforehand. I couldn't believe he said he could fix my garage that same night! He did NOT try to sell me any items not needed. He explained everything and gave us 3 different options with quotes to fix our door. He was polite and answered all my questions. The service he provided was excellent. I'm so happy with our new motor and the way my garage door sounds. It has NEVER run or sounded as smooth as it does now. Not even when it was new. Thank you! Will be a return customer.....hopefully not soon though. Thank you.

I was generally happy with the repair of the opener which your company installed about a month or so ago. The tech said it was a bad wire that had no power to the wall pad. He came up with a way to mount a remote which is working well. When I spoke to Bob at your office about an appointment, I told him I had a meeting to attend at 10:00 am , and he assured me I'd be first on the list to be seen between 8:30-9:00. The technician arrived about 9:30 and since the repair wasn't a simple one, I missed my 10:00 meeting. I'm not sure if anyone was at fault, but Bob suggested that I'd misunderstood his timeframe he gave me. I don't think that is what took place, but I was pleased to at least get the garage door opener fixed. Thank you, JoAnna Haines
