I called at 6:30 AM and was greeted by a friendly lady who quickly set up an appointment for 4 PM to repair my broken spring. Nate called about 3 PM asking if it would be ok if he came early - that has never happened with the cable guy! Our door is 22 years old and has always been noisy so I was prepared to buy a new door and even spoke with a gentlemen from the Memphis office about it. He told me Nate would be happy to help me with this. When Nate arrived he told me the office had told him I was interested in a new door. When I explained the reason (noisy door), he told me the problem was not the door. In fact the door was in great shape, but it was the opener and the metal rollers causing the noise. After a brief discussion we decided a new opener and new rollers were the way to go. Nate also noticed the cables were fraying so he replaced them as well. Two and a half hours after arriving the spring was replaced, the rollers and cables were replaced and a brand new Lift Master Opener was lifting the door. Nate even offered to program the car to the opener - I told him I could do that. Great Job to Nate and to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
