I appreciate your fixing my broken garage door this morning but I thought the pricing was outrageous. $69 for a service call on top of the $125 torsion reset seems excessive but charging another $69 for a bottom corner bracket that can be bought at any hardware store for less than $5 is userous. Would I use you again in an emergency - probably. Will I recommend you - no.

After about 15 years use, our double garage door went on the blink. As it turned out, we had received an ad from Precision Door that described them as a top-notch company. I called them in the late afernoon and they set up a time for the next morning between 10 am and noon for their man to be out, giving me his name. A little past ten the next morning, Eric was here to repair my door. I was impressed with his courtesy and attitude and the manner in which he went about explaining the problems with our door and the options available to repair it. I appreciate him showing me the damaged parts. It made me confident of his honesty in knowing he didn"t try to sell me more than I needed. I don't remember when my door worked so quietly. Thank you for your excellant service.

To be perfectly honest, the coupon in the monthly coupon envelopes we get in the mail made me hestitant to use your company. I thought you might inflate the price of the repairs that were required. However, a friend of ours used your company one or two years ago(Shannon Jackson on Ansley Cove in Cordova) and he highly recommended you. I then found your ad in the Real Yellow pages and called to set up an appointment.

I used Precision Garage Door recently for service on our garage door and was very pleased with the service and pricing. My reason for calling Precision however goes back to my experience with them a couple of years ago. It was Christmas Eve and my family had a trip planned to leave that day to see our families out of town. The car was all packed and our plan was to be on the road by 8:00 am for a few days. I got up early that morning to for an errand. When I tried to back out of garage I heard a loud crash. The cable on the garage door had broken and it would not go up or down. What was I to do? Nobody will come out on Christmas Eve and we could not leave our own garage later. It was 6:00 am and I got the yellow pages and began calling garage door companies. I left a message on Precision's answering machine and within 30 minutes I was called and told a technician would be out within 2 hours. The technician came and replaced our broken door spring and cables. We were able to leave for our trip by 8:30 am on Christmas Eve. Christmas was saved for us thanks to Precision Garage Door. Thank you for your tremendous customer service.
