Rick a few years back was the technician who was dispatched to help rebalance my old wood door which got off track after a power outage. From that service call, I chose Precision again. He was again the technician who installed my replacement garage door. He did a superlative job and it was obvious from conversations he is passionate about his work and did all necessary to service me the customer even when additional time into the evening was required. I ordered a non stock special order window insert, the full sunray which took longer than I had hoped to be installed. When I submitted an inquiry, Soni Frazier was so professional, sympathetic and passionate about her service as well. She proactively contacted me with updates on the completion timing of the insert install by Rick.

Lowell, thank you for such prompt and efficient service. My wife backed or attempted to back out of our garage last night without checking to ensure that the garage door was up. However, it was partially up or down. She backed my Jeep into it and the rest is history. Nevertheless, I call another company prior to calling yours. There was no answer. I googled and found Professional Door. I spoke with Dustin and he set up the appointment. Although it was scheduled for between 2-4 this afternoon I was contacted by Bob and he arrived around noon or so. We met, he looked at the door and pulled the dent out and reset the roller wheel and that was it. I asked him about the best lubricant to use on the door spring and roll wheels and he suggested WD-40 and some other from Home Depot and Lowe's. He was here and gone so fast that I thought he would have said, "Mr. Robison, there is no cost for that 10 second job." But he didn't. Thanks, and if we need service again we will call you.

Eric came out the same day that I called about our problem with the garage door. He even called ahead of our appointment time asking if it worked for us if he came early. I was not home while he did the repair but my husband said that he was in and out pretty quickly and even suggested we consider replacing some parts that looked like they were wearing. (My husband opted out of this additional service but I wish we would've gotten it taken care of right then) Thanks for the heads up Eric. We will definitely be in touch again if we need additional service down the road.

The garage door opener was installed in a professional manner. The technician was clean, personable, and on time. Thank you. However, he accidently dropped his cordless impact driver on the side of my project truck, which i recently had extensive paint and body work performed. There is now a dent and scratch on the driver's bedside. I understand accident's happen, but I asked him if we should push the vehicle out of the way before he started work. Please advise.

I called from ad in the yellow pages. Service Tech, Eric Kee came within 2 hours. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in short time. I thought the price was a little high, but it was a Saturday and many companies would not have got to me so quick. Over all, I was pleased with the service.

My garage door got completely off track where the door was just hanging from the ceiling instead of the mounting rails. This happened at around 2PM on a Saturday afternoon. I Google'd, "garage door repair, Memphis, TN" and Precision was the first thing to pop up. I quickly looked at the reviews, and then gave them a call. The tech was at my house in about 30 minutes [way earlier than scheduled, even!], and he had my garage better than new in just a matter of a few minutes! I was so relieved to see that the fix was simple, and glad that the tech was honest and fair about the entire repair.
