The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.

It was easy to make an appointment using their website as well as having the option of discussing the problem with their representative. I have worked with several garage door companies over the years, and without a doubt……Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best company I’ve EVER encountered!! From the moment I spoke with the appointment person on the phone, I could tell they were different. The morning of my appointment I got a text telling me a little bit about my technician…..even found out he enjoys spending time with his fur babies when he’s not working! Payton Naylor was prompt, professional, and an AMAZING representative of the company! Well done!
