I'd originally reached out to the guy whose name is on most of the garage doors out here in Oakland. Let's just say that his 'behavior and mannerisms' are poor taste. So, when I connected with Precision Door for the same issue, they responded so professionally and quickly by sending a rep out the very next day. He was not only prompt but immediately resolved it in 5 minutes where 'the other guy' stalled me for an entire week. Honestly, I've dealt with Precision Door years ago but with moving I wasn't sure if they'd come this far out. I'm so grateful and thank they did. Exceptional service, exceptional staff-they're my official go to!

Technician Casey Lang arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, listened to my concerns, then worked for 1 1/2 hours in below freezing temperatures to repair it. He even went the extra mile to help me return items that I had moved to their original place. Doors work better than they have in years. A very pleasant and professional experience. Definitely recommend this company and would call them again!

Garage spring broke, but hour discovered after regular business hours. Googled local garage door repair sites and found Precision, who had a chat link opened. They could have a repair man on site, next day. Roger arrived ahead of schedule, wasted no time in fixing the door and replacing other needed parts, was personable and professional, and door is 'as good as new' in about half an hour. Well done!

We have used Precision a couple of times: In 2021 we purchased a Garage Screen Door from Precision. The purchase and installation process was very professional and met our every expectation. We now enjoy a screen porch atmosphere in our garage. Having had such a good experience with Precision in 2021, we immediately turned to them (2024) to update our door opener. We now have a new belt driven opener with a battery backup! No more getting stuck in our garage when there is a power outage! Thank You, Precision and thank you Shane for your great service!

Another successful experience with Precision. This time, they replaced the garage motor (smart garage belt drive opener with LED lights and camera). Once again, technician (Dillon) was early and completed project within an hour. Garage door is now so much quieter when opening and closing. Highly recommend! Dec 2024 Calling Precision for an appointment was easy peasy (they had my info from last time I used their services a decade ago). The technician Scott was punctual (actually an hour early! so refreshing!), professional, friendly, answered my questions about preventative work, explained the options for repairs and pricing within minutes and completed the job within an hour. Installed 2 torsion springs instead of 1, replaced old ball rollers with nylon rollers, replaced ends and center bearing brackets. Plus a 5-year warranty! Nov 2022
