My Technician, Roger Emmerson, Was Not Only On Time, Which Is Unusual, But ... He Called Way Early To Ask If He Could Come At That Time. I Was Pleased With His Early Arrival. He Went Straight To Work, Discovered The Problem In No Time Flat, Gave Me A Quote And Explained The Total Cost And How It Was Figured. He Then Asked If I Wanted To Have The Work Done Once I Agreed To Have The Work Done, And Agreed To The Cost, He Explained The Payment Options, Which I Appreciated Very Much. He Then Went To work To Do The Repair, And Checked Out Everything Else To See If There Was Any Other Issue That Needed To Be Considered. After Full Evaluation, He Informed Me That the Work Was Completed. I Chose To Pay By Debit Card, He Had Me Sign The Electronic Device, Thanked Me For My Business, And Insured Me That If Were A Problem At Any Time, I Should Feel Free To Contact The office. He Was The Most Polite And Efficient Worker That I Have Ever Experienced In My Home. You Should See That Roger Is Well Paid With Bonuses, And Even Promotions. I Would Consider Him An Excellent Employee In Every Aspect. Thank You, Roger, For Your Excellent Work!!!

I called Precision Door service of Memphis when I noticed the spring pad backing board separating and pulling away from the wall. They gave me an appointment very quickly, the next day. Jason Rodriguez was the technician, and he arrived 10 minutes early letting me know in advance. He did a phenomenal job. He inspected the whole door, quickly identified the two major issues which had created the problem (new home builder faulty installation), gave me an estimate of the cost for rectifying the issues and then did all the repairs, rectifying the original installer clear errors that had led to the issue occurring. I could not be happier. I would recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis and Jason in particular for any Garage door issues. The knowledge they have, the time they spend explaining things and giving advice is invaluable. The whole experience from the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the appointment itself, the work done, all point to an extremely professional and competent company. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future Garage needs. Jason thank you so much for the wonderful work and great customer experience you gave us.

Treston did a wonderful job on the installation of my new belt driven Liftmaster. He is super knowledgeable and explained how all of the new features work. This new system is so much quieter. I am very pleased. I told Treston that if I ever need anything else, he will be the one I call! I’ve used Precision for many years and they never disappoint! Thank you Treston!

Roger was so personal, polite and professional. I felt so comfortable with him and the excellent service he provided. I love how Precision lets you know who the technician is and of course the photo. By letting me know something about Roger was so easy for us to have a conversation about he and his wife's birthday coming up in September. As he mentioned New Orleans I spoke about them maybe trying the train ride instead of driving. We talked like old friends. He explained every detail of what was broken, the repair needed as well as 3 options of repair to choose. Your quick response in my service as well as BBB rating was awesome. I will definitely refer Precision to my family and friends. Great Service Precision!!

Return customer for repair to my security gate. The local staff was amazing. The remote telephone assistance and the schedulers could use some improvement. Overall, I was very VERY pleased with the local Memphis team. It is my understanding that the phones and scheduling is done out of state. The technicians went above and beyond to make sure that my needs and equipment was functioning and the repair was complete! Very professional and personable local employees made up for the difficulties with the call/scheduling center~

Y'all were so gracious when we had to change our appointment time at the last minute, and giving me a head's up when your technician was on the way. The best part was finding out we were still in warranty! Thank you so much.

Our door would not open. I called and Precision scheduled an appointment the same day. Treston M. arrived as scheduled and he explained the issue in detail (belt was worn out). He was able to make the needed repair within an hour. Excellent Service.

Brandon was on time when he said he would be. He contacted me before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the garage door problem. He was able to quickly disassemble the unit, verify the problem component then he had the part in the truck so was able to install the defective unit. He made the adjustments to ensure the door opened and closed appropriate and everything worked wonderfully. Brandon was courteous and very professional and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis and certainly Brandon as your professional technician.

This morning we had the pleasure of meeting Payton Naylor, as he had been dispatched to resolve the issue of our broken garage door springs. He was friendly and professional and took care of the issue promptly and without delay. If you had more stars, I would have given them to him! We appreciate his professionalism and friendly manner. We have been customers of Precision for a very long time, and hopefully will continue this relationship in the future.
