Technician call 2 hours in advance, because some customer canceled a visit. I told him, he can do the job early. I knew he would find something else wrong. I called the company just for replace the torsion spring. He inspected the door, founding more worn-out parts. He recommends doing everything. Because I am technical people (Electronic Aviation technician), I approved the quote. I know, I spent more money at front, but it is worth it. He overhauled all mechanism. Very professional job. I had an older automatic garage door fail on a Sunday afternoon and with a phone call Chris showed up first thing Monday morning. Great company. I will never call anyone else in the future. I have used them a couple of times and they are ALWAYS courtesy and respectful and definitely know garage doors. The tech, Shane, was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He finished the job quickly and left me a very happy customer.
