We called yesterday late afternoon as our garage door stopped working. Precision Door was able to give us an appointment for the next day at 10:00am, which was very quick. Updates and confirmations were provided throughout the morning. Ben called and said that he would be early and asked is this was OK. Ben actually arrive 45 minutes early and had the work completed in approximately one hour. Ben's work was outstanding and he clearly explained the costs, work performed and other pertinent information on our garage door. Ben was very professional and outgoing. Technician Ben did a repair on my garage door and installed a new opener with battery backup. He arrived on time, called me to tell me he was here, and he set up remotes, key pad and app for my phone after he installed the opener. The garage door is now so smooth and quiet, I can hardly hear it. I am more than pleased with the whole process. I would definitely call Precision again and will recommend them to others.

I was skeptical about hirer a big company, however after seeing so many trucks in the neighborhood I decided to give Precision a chance. Precision did not disappoint me. The customer service was very helpful, gave a estimate that was standard but depended on the tech recommendation. Once you agree to service, you get a text and email with appt time and a reminder the day before. The service tech Ben is very knowledgeable and professional. I received a text with the tech bio and a phone call from Ben prior to appointment time informing me of how far out he was. He explained the policy is to change both springs because the other is at the end of its rotation, I agree, so get your mind set to pay double. The process was quick and painless. I now have two powerful tension springs with the rotation twice of what the standard springs are. Thank You Precision. Thank you Ben for your outstanding professionalism and your SERVICE! I didn't think fixing garage door on my 5 year old house would be on my to do list until the spring broke in 2 places. It was a tense moment for me just arriving home from work at 5:30pm. I had no clue who to call. I got online and searched. Precision door service popped up. After reading the good reviews I gave them a call. Anyway, to make it short, their technician, Ben White showed up. Very nice friendly guy. We charted briefly about family. He went to work and had my garage door working in about 40minutes. I was there while he was working. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took time to answer all my questions about why and how the spring broke. And why the new spring he installed is better than the old one. I am glad I chose Precision doors. I will DEFINITELY recommend them. If there is a 6 star, you deserve it.
