The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks

The service I received was clear, efficient and well done. I was able to get a service call very quickly for an assessment of my garage door opener and then a replacement in advance of my scheduled appointment the next day. 5 Star On this morning I had my garage door repaired. Ben was my tech and he was super. Before he arrived to my home he called me first to let me know he was coming. He arrived on time and was very respectful. He completed the job in a very timely manner and I was pleased with the service provided.

I had an emergency. Though the t was minor, it was risky to DIY the situation. After calling the competition and being told, “Sorry...it will have to be late tomorrow”, Precision tells me they’re slammed, but they’ll get someone out to help resolve my situation. Yes, it was simple...BUT I’m not a professional door installer and couldn’t have known. To cut to the point...they did what the competition wouldn’t do. My door works as good as new and I’ll be calling Precision when the time comes to make any replacements that need be made in the future.

In every aspect of the phrsae... "fantastic job". I had just arrived home approximately 1:00 PM last Saturday, pulled into the garage and closed the door. Bam... Spring and cable break. I called the service center and was told it would be 6 - 8 PM before a tech could arrive. I no sooner that I had hung up, Ben White called and said he was on his way. He assessed the situation, explained in detail our options and I signed the work order. It was a matter of minutes it seemed when he came back into the house stating the work was complete. I do not believe in Elves but my wife and I could not believe that in such a very short period of time one technician did what he did. He reviewed all the he did, explained the warranty, thanked us for calling Precision and left with a handshake. That was a most pleasant experience to an emergency call on a Saturday I have ever had. Ben is truly an asset to your company. He serves you well. I still think ha had some elves in his tool bag though. Fantastic job.
