I'm always impressed by the high number of positive reviews that a company receives, plus it's the second time I've called on them for service. My service technician Ben was very professional, courteous and thorough by explaining options for service requested and recommended service that might be needed. He completed the service work in under an hour which was why it was even more perfect when he called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok that he could arrive earlier, which worked out great for me. I am impressed with the quick service scheduling a repair time quickly and the person who answered the call was friendly and efficient. I liked the contact reminding me of the service time and Ben arrived on time and accessed the situation quickly and had the repair done in no time at all. Our old Lift Master finally gave out. Found Precision on the Internet, gave'em a call and next day Ben came out. He took a look to see if he could fix the Lift Master but being so old, to replace all the parts it needed it just made since to install a new opener. Ben was on time, real nice, explained everything in detail, made the install and was very through in his paper work. Precision has great customer service and I'd recommend them if you need garage door service. A+ service!!

Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes. What I thought was going to be major repair work that would cost $$$$$ turned out to be minor and I appreciate his honesty.
