Precision was great to work with! We were having trouble with our garage door closing (ended up being a sensor issue). We called on a Wednesday evening and they were at our house by Friday afternoon. Our technician Casey was very nice! He was able to fix our issue in under 30 minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

My garage door was heavy to raise manually during the power outage and it wouldn’t stay open. I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Doors in the past, so it was a no brainer to call them. John Pugh called to make sure that it was convenient for him to come early for our appointment. He immediately found the broken spring, replaced both springs and was done in approximately 30 minutes. Excellent and professional service!
