Dillon Kirby out on time as agreed and put in new motor for my garage door. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the benefits of a new motor. Everything else was in good shape but the motor was much older and ready to die. He was very professional in showing me how things work and gave me peace of mind should the electricity goes out. I have recommended Precision to everyone that will listen to me. Way back in 2002, we had Precision come out and replace our springs and garage door hardware, and we purchased the lifetime warranty along with it. Since then, they have been out 3-4 times to do warranty work. It has never been an issue to have the warranty work done, with no cost to us, and they have always been the easiest group of folks to deal with….every single time. When my opener decides to kick the bucket, I can assure you they will be the ones to install a new one. I will be a lifelong customer, as will both of my adult children when they become homeowners.
