I had been waiting for three weeks for my regular garage door repairman to return my call. I was dealing with a door with a broken torsion spring. Simple fix really, but one I had never done. We will never go anywhere else for our electric gates needs!! Blake was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable, determined, POLITE technician at my home. I had called our long time gate service company first and they came out and said they couldn’t fix it (didn’t even examine it) and said we would need to buy a whole new set up to the tune of $5000. I knew it could be repaired and Blake didn’t give up until he found the problem. Fixed for less than 5% of the quoted replacement. QUALITY SERVICE! You should give him a raise!!! Thanks Precision Door for quality service!
