Precision Door did another great job on our garage door repair. Just like a previous repair we had done, the work was excellent and performed in a timely fashion. Our technician, Jason Rodriguez, explained all the work to be done precisely and gave us a very fair estimate. Mr. Rodriguez was very courteous and professional the entire time. He came out and performed the repair and the door is working great! I highly recommend Precision Door for any future garage door repairs.

Great! Called at eight, tech arrived at ten, new garage door opener installed at eleven. Tech was John Pugh who was a great representative for your company. The day started with a worried call. The young lady on the phone that made the arrangements was very impressive as well.

We will never go anywhere else for our electric gates needs!! Blake was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable, determined, POLITE technician at my home. I had called our long time gate service company first and they came out and said they couldn’t fix it (didn’t even examine it) and said we would need to buy a whole new set up to the tune of $5000. I knew it could be repaired and Blake didn’t give up until he found the problem. Fixed for less than 5% of the quoted replacement. QUALITY SERVICE! You should give him a raise!!! Thanks Precision Door for quality service!

I messed up my garage door by parking too close to it and causing it to get off track. That happened on a Wednesday morning, I called Thursday morning to schedule an appointment and was able to get it repaired the same day. My technician was Casey, he called and informed me that he could come earlier than the allotted time, he was polite and it didn’t take him long at all. I will definitely be using Precision again! (hopefully not for a while though)

I had been waiting for three weeks for my regular garage door repairman to return my call. I was dealing with a door with a broken torsion spring. Simple fix really, but one I had never done. A quick search on the internet and I found Precision Door Service. A quick inquiry on their chat feature got me an appointment for the next day. Jason Rodriguez arrived at the time scheduled, performed a professional inspection of my door, door opener and at my request checked the door over for any unusual issues possibly caused by a recent tornado.
