Prompt and courteous service. The door was installed by POD less than a year ago, so it probably shouldn't have needed adjustment. However, Shane re-aligned the track and the door opener is now working again.

I have recommended Precision to everyone that will listen to me. Way back in 2002, we had Precision come out and replace our springs and garage door hardware, and we purchased the lifetime warranty along with it. Since then, they have been out 3-4 times to do warranty work. It has never been an issue to have the warranty work done, with no cost to us, and they have always been the easiest group of folks to deal with….every single time. When my opener decides to kick the bucket, I can assure you they will be the ones to install a new one. I will be a lifelong customer, as will both of my adult children when they become homeowners.

I had a fantastic experience with Shane from Precision Garage Door of Memphis. He arrived earlier than expected, which was a great convenience. Shane was professional, knowledgeable, and well-prepared—he had everything needed to complete the repairs on the spot, saving me the hassle of a second visit. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and initially attempted to repair it with the parts he had on hand. Unfortunately, the motor and circuitry were damaged due to a lightning strike, but he still managed to get everything up and running much faster than I had anticipated. His efficiency and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Shane and Precision Garage Door of Memphis for their outstanding service!

Precision installed my new garage door a year ago, and offered a free inspection and tune up at the 1 year mark. I had made modifications to the door (insulation, nylon rollers, stronger brackets) and the door had been painted with the house, all of which added significant weight to the door. And although my modifications technically voided the warranty (which I understood at the time), my service technician Roger Emmerson, in consultation with his manager, was still willing to perform the service without additional cost to me. However, Roger determined the original torsion springs were inadequate for the modifications. He gave me the option to keep them as best adjusted or upgrade the torsion springs as really needed. He wasn't trying to push the upgrade. After discussing pros and cons with him, I opted to have it done right. Precision gave me a very reasonable price for the new springs and kindly waived the labor charges as a result of the unexpected cost (albeit my own responsibility). Roger was able to perform the service on the spot, I did not have to reschedule. He spent the time to review his work with me after completion, and I'm very pleased with the door's operation now. He was polite, understanding, and professional. He and Precision provided 5 star service! I'm grateful and have no regrets in choosing Precision as my garage door service provider.
