I just got lucky. Googled garage door problems, Precision popped up. Booked on line, door expert, Matt, showed up a little early, looked at the door, gave me an estimate , and fixed my door. Matt was a polite young man even had a personality. I talked with him the whole time. Come to find out he is a good friend of my grandson. I’ve found a garage door company; you should too.

I called Precision today to request a service appointment for some issues with my garage door that they installed. The door works great, but racoons had chewed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and I couldn't get the camera to reconnect with the internet. They were able to schedule the appointment on the same day. The service specialist (Payton) was awesome. Payton resolved all of the issues quickly and he is a super nice guy. All of my experiences so far with Precision have been great.

Garage door would not close shut. I call and made an appointment Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Special thanks to Jason Rodriguez for another outstanding service experience troubleshooting my garage door problem. My Liftmaster motor was intermittently working on 3 different remotes. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable, and after performing a series of tests, he determined that a board level failure had occurred. He installed a new board, reprogrammed the remotes, and tested. Problem solved!
