John made not only replaced the broken spring of my garage door, but he noticed a frayed cable that prevented my door from setting level to the ground. After the repairs, my door not only works perfectly, for the first time in a very long time, the door doesn't rattle and shake. John answered all my questions and I am happy to say, I will be upgrading my garage motor on Monday, simply because of the information John provided me about their new motors with battery backup. It's an uncomfortable feeling being stranded outside with all my doors locked as I nearly was this weekend and I don't want that to happen again. Looking forward to seeing John again on Monday.

Called for a garage door repair appointment early afternoon and was told promptly that a service person would be arriving between 4 to 6 pm the same day. We were called shortly after 4 pm notifying us someone would be at our house in the next 45 minutes as well receiving a text with a bio of the repair person. He was friendly and promptly diagnosed the problem. The necessary part was on the truck, was replaced and all was explained to my satisfaction. Very pleased and offer my high praise for outstanding service.
