have used Precision Door Service several times in the past 3 years, and they ALWAYS have the best trained and expert Technicians dispatched. It never amazes me that the Techs know so much about the problems and issues. The most important part is that they do NOT try to sell you un-wanted or not-needed parts or repairs. This time, my Lift Master door opener (I thought) was messing up. Chris Hisaw was dispatched to correct what ills the door had, He IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the issue as a broken spring. I have an oversized door, that requires special springs. Other Garage door companies that I have used in the past had to special order the springs due to their size. I was VERY surprised that Chris had two of them on his truck. He offered me 2 options, the latter was a trite more expensive, but came with a 5 year warranty, which I chose. The Garage door is over 38 years in age, and none of the rollers. bearings or other attachments were EVER replaced. He done it all in under 45 minutes. I most highly recommend Precision Door Service and more precisely Chris Hiswas. They ALWAYS staff their techs with the most knowledgeable and professional people. If you have any issues, all them, you won't be dis-satisfied. This truly is a 5 star company!

The broken belt on my 16-year old garage door opener left my garage door unable to close this morning. My colleague recommended Precision Door Service, and I contacted before noon, and the technician Dillon was here in 3 hours, and replaced the opener in less than 1 hour. That’s amazing.

Service call could not have been better handled. Technician, arrived early, made required repairs quickly, leaving is in much better shape than we were before his arrival. It wasn't cheap, but what is these days? However, he did leave us with peace of mind, so it was worth the cost.

My issue was fairly trivial--needed my garage door openers reset and an extra one as well after a lawn mower disappeared without returning the one he had. My service person, Dillon Kirby, was stellar. He arrived early, took all the time needed to assess what I thought I wanted, and then got the job done in about 10 minutes. I should also say that this is my SECOND stellar experience with Precision Doors. The first, about 5 years ago, required replacing the whole lift mechanism for the door, and that was also a totally positive, professional experience. Whether it's a big job or a small one, Precision Doors is simply the best. I would never even consider calling someone else.

John with Percision Door Service did an excellent job. He sold me on the lifetime warranty for both my garage doors and sold me the new MyQ garage opener. The rep helped me program all my remotes and showed me how to use the new system on my cell phone. John was professional, quick and knowledgeable in his products. He completed my job in 1 & 1/2 hours. I only use Percision Door service when ever I have issues with my garage doors.

Calling Precision for an appointment was easy peasy (they had my info from last time I used their services a decade ago). The technician Scott was punctual (actually an hour early! so refreshing!), professional, friendly, answered my questions about preventative work, explained the options for repairs and pricing within minutes and completed the job within an hour. Installed 2 torsion springs instead of 1, replaced old ball rollers with nylon rollers, replaced ends and center bearing brackets. Garage door is now so much quieter when opening and closing. Plus a 5-year warranty! Precision work indeed!
