My wife and I had a late afternoon issue with our garage door. Precision had a tech at our house well ahead of their stated time of service. Austin was professional and efficient in his work. I have always found the people who have done work for us to be some of the nicest and skillful techs around. We are very pleased with how he fix our issue.

I had a coupon that came in the ValPack mail. I had used Precision on a previous occasion and was satisfied at that time that Precision immediately to mind to do the repair. Jason was very polite and certainly knew what he was doing. He immediatly started the repair process and completed the work in approximately 30 minutes. Definitely an asset to Precision.

My technician, Michael Falberg, was outstanding! I could not have asked for a higher quality repair or outstanding level of care and customer service! He was courteous, safe, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything, in detail. He surveyed the damage, made recommendations while explaining the “why” behind them. Once he was done, he demonstrated the performance of the repairs he suggested. No up-sell, no pressure, no BS. What a great experience. Well done Michael!
