My old opener began malfunctioning this morning. Called Precision to schedule an appointment. Same day appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. Received a call at 11:00 a representative is available to come out. Discussed the issue and I decided to go ahead and put a new belt drive unit in. Matt McNatt came right out and replaced the unit, checked every other area of my door, rollers, spring. Excellent response, excellent service, excellent representative. Waiting for spring and I will be replacing the door, spring and rollers.

Having used Precision before, I called them to come check what I thought was a wobbly track. They came the next day, not just on time, but early ( the technician called first to see if it was ok). They texted me the name of the tech, and a picture of him, so I would know who to expect. Ben and his helper we’re so nice, very professional, helpful and fixed the problem in short order, even noticing another issue that needed to be taken care of. This is a very reputable and trustworthy company and I am happy to give them 5 stars because they so deserve it!

Our experience with Precision Doors was excellent and top-notch from beginning to end. During the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, I could tell that Precision was all about customer service and that it would be a pleasure doing business with them. This was further shown through technician Nathan Burns. Nathan was on time (in fact arrived earlier than scheduled) and really took the time to explain what repairs were needed and why they were needed. Nathan completed the repairs quickly and even gave us recommendations on our other garage door. As stated earlier, the experience was great from beginning to end. We will use Precision for any future issues and will definitely recommend to others.

My garage opener quit working and would not open. When the technician Jason R arrived he got to work right away troubleshooting. The circuit board in our unit was fried by an electrical surge. He replaced it and had it working in a jiffy. He explained in detail what happened and took the time to reset all of our remotes. He also provided instructions on how we could reset them after a battery failure. Excellent service!!

Great service! I called about my garage door problem about 8:30am and got a repair time between noon and 2pm. The technician called and asked to come early as he was in the area. My garage door was fixed by 10am. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
