You all didn’t meet my expectations My problems were not solved instead the technician suggested we buy a new door for $1700, he even didn’t come prepared to work. I called another company and they came out and fixed my garage door the same day for $230.All I needed was a set of cables and realign my rollers to the track.

Precision installed a new Liftmaster for me in July 2020. This past weekend the keypad stopped working with my code. I called Precision yesterday and today John replaced the keypad at no charge even though the one year warranty expired over four months ago. Not even a service charge!! Precision Garage Door is the best. Our garage door spring broke around 5:00 in the evening. The service technician (Jason) came out by 8:00 that evening and replaced the spring. He was courteous, fast and efficient. I was texted a picture of the technician so we would know who to expect so late in the day with a confirmation of our appointment. That was truly amazing. I have never had such excellent repair service. I highly recommend this company!
