The Technician accessed the problem , quickly advised me the cost estimate and approximate time to repair. I Service was the same day I called and the price was extremely reasonable. Some one came a looked at building and I thought all was good. He called back later and said his manager needed to look at it. Set it up for the next day. Waited an hour and a half - no show, no call. I finally got someone to answer phone and was told they did not know what happened. Have heard nothing else. I left work early one day to meet one of you and was late another day to meet again. No call, no quote - not sure if this is what is to be expected.

I had requested Technician Jason Rodriguez by name to come service my garage doors because he had worked here before and impressed me with his technical skills, work efficiency, and pleasant personality. Jason did not disappoint. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and quickly installed a keypad opener, programmed two clickers, and troubleshot one of my opener head units. He also lubed all three doors and openers, and provided me with a tutorial on operating and maintaining my doors. Money well spent! Thanks, Jason! Thanks, Precision!

I called Precision Door because it had initially installed the garage door. I had an issue with the key pad. The tech arrived at the time Precision Door said he would. Also, the tech called me to say when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I immediately thought, good customer service. When the Tech Jason arrived, he explained everything and quickly resolved the issues I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also inspected the door and found everything in good condition. He sprayed a lubricant on the door and rollers. 100% good customer service and a very reasonable price. I say reasonable because I have used other garage companies in the past at a previous house. They don't even compare to Precision Door. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends. Thanks.
