Tristan Russell was my service technician that came out today to service my garage door. He called to let me know that he was on the way and when he arrived, I explained the problem and even gave him my ideas of a possible solution for the repair, and he listened. I am so glad to be able to have a working garage door again!!!! He took his time and thoroughly checked everything before he left. I would like for him to be my service technician again for any other garage issues I may have. I appreciated his outgoing personality and professionalism. I was given a time frame of between 2 - 4. Good response time; technician attempted to upsell additional items + warranty. Job appears to have been done properly (completed today), but cost was about double what I was expecting. If I had the benefit of time, I would have done additional research and used a smaller firm.

Precision Door has superb service- from start to finish! The young lady who scheduled my was courteous, organized, and knowledgeable. She made sure that the appointment accommodated my schedule. The day before my appointment, I received a text message to confirm the date/time. The morning of my appointment, the technician (Blake) texted me that he was about 20 minutes away. I received a text with his photo so that I knew who to expect. He arrived on time, fixed the gate, and was extremely professional and courteous. After my appointment, Precision texted me to follow-up. I can't say enough good things about Precision- their customer service is outstanding, and their staff do excellent work!

One of my two garage door springs broke, and although I am big on Do-It-Yourself projects, I figured it would be better for me to hire an expert so they can evaluate by entire garage door system. I contacted Precision door company, and they sent me text message as well as email notifications for appointment reminders. Josh arrived on time and was all business minded as he immediately started inspecting my garaged door. Once the inspection was complete, he provided me with the basic repair option as well as a few options for upgrading parts for noise reduction and longevity of the garage door system He repaired and replaced parts same day and provided me with a good explanation of the work he accomplished. Garage door functions correctly and is much quieter than before. I recommend Josh and Precision Door Services.
