Wow! I could have been taken for a ride, but that won't happen when Jason comes out. He'll tell you everything you need to know so that you can make the correct decision for yourself. Due to his thoroughness and honesty, I won't have to go to Angie's List if I need anymore garage door service. Precision will be the one and only call I make.

Wow! most impressed with the work to repair my garage door opener. Neat clean technicians who are knowledgeable and get the job done right. Door opener is an older one but no one even mentioned “maybe you need a new one”. They actually fixed it and I was happy. Their website is great and has all info you need. This is the first place to call when you need door service.

I found Precision on Google search and noticed they had close to 5 star rating. They lady on the phone was very nice and courteous and my appointment was scheduled next day to repair my garage door. Nathan, the technician called to let me know he could be here early and once he go here, he informed me of the issue; gave me several options for repair; fixed everything in an hour and a half. Nathan was awesome and I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

I have been using the services of Precision Door for sometime and each time they have provided excellent service with very customer oriented employees who are reliable, courteous, and technically competent. This time was no exception; I called and the lady answering the phone set an appointment right away, then Matt came by and diagnosed the problem with my garage door and, as I suspected, he told me the belt needed replacement. He gave me the cost of the work on the spot and ordered the belt. He came the next day with a coworker and installed the belt, demonstrated by testing the door several times. They both had face masks and well protected against the virus. I am so comfortable working with and trusting these technicians that I do not even question the price estimates they give me (although this time I asked and received a senior discount:)). Precision Door is the best. Easy to find, always have great marketing, and always sends the best employees out! Aaron was no different. We needed new springs, rollers and some other parts. What would take others 2 hours he did in 30 minutes. Great guy, really nice, very talented. Sticks with the Precision door of being the best and sending the best out there! The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks

Was impressed with the professional approach to following up to my request to see what to could be done to repair or replace my garage door. At all time I was kept updated on the process as it developed on what should be done. After review, it was recommended that the garage door be replaced. New door was ordered replacement date scheduled but was later informed (by phone) that the door would have to be ordered and replaced in a few weeks when it arrived. Told the person that called letting me know of the delay to let me know when it had arrived and we could set up a date to have it installed. Again, well pleased with professionalism of keeping me informed of what was happening!

Tech called and came early which is so much better than calling and coming late or not at all. He was was efficient and courteous. I don't usually like to offer reviews because it shouldn't be needed for a company to do a good job - that's assumed.
