Kevin arrived right on time and was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Our garage door opener needed a new gear and sprocket and the door also needed to be rebalanced. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly, the price was fair, and the service was completed promptly. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent and the technician performed the repairs 5 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Technician called, indicated he had a break in the schedule and could he respond early. Heck yes, door repaired in less than 30 minutes. Will call again if I have a door problem in the future.

Excellent experience. It was Sunday afternoon and door went off track and cars were trapped in garage. Called Precision and they were here in 2 hours. Matt fixed the door and explained what happened and how he would fix it. Excellent performance. It’s great when your expectations are exceeded. Ethical. Honest.

Aaron arrived early and explained what all needed to be repaired. He was polite to my parents and provided excellent service. I really appreciated the text explaining who was coming and they also gave a little background about him. That was something new from a company and we really appreciated it. Nobody else does that. The main spring on my door had broken after 15 years of use. I contacted Precision Door and they quickly scheduled a repair. The technician called and asked if they could come early, which was a nice surprise. He arrived at the time he promised, explained all the options for service and warranty, told me how much the repair would cost, and all before beginning the work. He was courteous, efficient, and fast. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs a garage door repair.
