He was courteous, safe, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything, in detail. He surveyed the damage, made recommendations while explaining the “why” behind them. My old opener began malfunctioning this morning. Called Precision to schedule an appointment. Same day appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. Received a call at 11:00 a representative is available to come out. Discussed the issue and I decided to go ahead and put a new belt drive unit in. Matt McNatt came right out and replaced the unit, checked every other area of my door, rollers, spring. Excellent response, excellent service, excellent representative. Waiting for spring and I will be replacing the door, spring and rollers.
