Really transparent and easy to schedule. Matt did great job. Emergency service fee was a little hefty....but they came on a Sunday morning within 45 min of calling, so nothing to complain about with that attentiveness.

Jason just replaced a broken spring. We had bought the lifetime warranty when we replaced our door11 years ago. Jason added some missing screws on the door hinges and did a great replacing the springs at no charge. Great service!

The technician was on time, called before he came, very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. The representatives who took my calls before I made my appointment were easy to speak with and kind. To me this is very important because customer service is not easy to find anymore. I chose to call Precision because of their times of availability and the reviews. I give a rating of 5. The service performed was placing the faulty sensors. My garage door is now working properly.
