Our garage door was knocked off its track by a piece of wood trim that somehow got into the track. It happened on a Friday afternoon late. I called Precision that afternoon after I tried (and failed) to repair it myself and they scheduled someone to come out on Monday afternoon. The repair person arrived two hours early (he called first of course) and fixed it in less then 30 minutes. He was very pleasant and got it fixed efficiently.
