I was skeptical about hirer a big company, however after seeing so many trucks in the neighborhood I decided to give Precision a chance. Precision did not disappoint me. The customer service was very helpful, gave a estimate that was standard but depended on the tech recommendation. Once you agree to service, you get a text and email with appt time and a reminder the day before. The service tech Ben is very knowledgeable and professional. I received a text with the tech bio and a phone call from Ben prior to appointment time informing me of how far out he was. He explained the policy is to change both springs because the other is at the end of its rotation, I agree, so get your mind set to pay double. The process was quick and painless. I now have two powerful tension springs with the rotation twice of what the standard springs are. Thank You Precision. Thank you Ben for your outstanding professionalism and your SERVICE! I needed to have my garage door fixed, it had a broken spring. Not only were they able to come the same day I called, but the repair person was able to come early. It took him about 30 to place two springs. Next time I need work on my garage door. I will surly call them.

Technician was actually a little ahead of the scheduled appointment which I didn't mind at all. He was very thorough and informative. And he was also helpful with possible additional solutions in regards to other non-immediate issues. The cost of the replacement rollers and tune up was most agreeable and less than expected. This is the second representative to come to my home and I would definitely welcome either one of them back. I have referred Precision to my mom and intend to advise others in the future as well.

Nathan was my sales and service rep and I must say that he was excellent. He was always professional and helpful. He paid attention to every detail and he went the extra mile with the install making sure that the new garage door that he installed was setup correctly to work with my new garage door opener. He even went behind me to make sure that I installed my opener correctly. He patiently answered all of my questions and was just plain honest with my about my existing doors.
