I have been using the services of Precision Door for sometime and each time they have provided excellent service with very customer oriented employees who are reliable, courteous, and technically competent. This time was no exception; I called and the lady answering the phone set an appointment right away, then Matt came by and diagnosed the problem with my garage door and, as I suspected, he told me the belt needed replacement. He gave me the cost of the work on the spot and ordered the belt. He came the next day with a coworker and installed the belt, demonstrated by testing the door several times. They both had face masks and well protected against the virus. I am so comfortable working with and trusting these technicians that I do not even question the price estimates they give me (although this time I asked and received a senior discount:)). The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks

Was impressed with the professional approach to following up to my request to see what to could be done to repair or replace my garage door. At all time I was kept updated on the process as it developed on what should be done. After review, it was recommended that the garage door be replaced. New door was ordered replacement date scheduled but was later informed (by phone) that the door would have to be ordered and replaced in a few weeks when it arrived. Told the person that called letting me know of the delay to let me know when it had arrived and we could set up a date to have it installed. Again, well pleased with professionalism of keeping me informed of what was happening!

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Polite and very courteous. Did a great job. As a company, I would email a copy of invoice to customer once the installer returned to shop. Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

Called for service for a broken garage door spring. Got and immediate appointment for 6-8 PM. Then Aaron called to say he could come earlier. By 10:30 AM it was fixed. How great is that? The repair cost was below my expectation. How really great is that?? This is a great company with which to do business.
