I called Precision because of their good reputation. My driveway swing gate was broken. The rep who answered the phone was very helpful and put me on the schedule right away. The technician, Canyon, came out on schedule, diagnosed my problem accurately, and got me fixed up. He was very good at his job and very easy to work with. I highly recommend.

We have an old door with old extension spring hardware. Logan arrived early after confirming that I was ok with that. He gave me a quote and explained the necessary repairs and itemized everything for me. I was very happy with the price and more importantly the result. My former defunct garage door is now reinforced and running safely & smoothly. Logan was very professional and courteous. Five stars all around from start to finish.

On time. Got to work and diagnosed the problem. Repaired the unit with a replacement circuit board they carry on the truck. Door works fine now. I would certainly recommend calling Precision if you have a problem with your garage door.

I cannot imagine having a better experience than I did. Of course the product quality is top of the line (I had to have a new opener and new springs). But the thing that is even better than that is the excellent service, all due to my technician Kevin’s superior skills - both his people skills and work skills. These days, especially for us not-so-young folks, you don’t necessarily expect to have such a good experience, but if all your employees are made from the same mold as Kevin, you’ll thrive for a long time to come

5 stars! Jason was early for his appointment, which was great. I had him install and program 2 new keypads for the attached garages and also had him program an existing keypad for the detached 2 car garage. He knew his stuff, and was able to get all of the keypads operating, and explained to me how they operated. Very pleased! BTW: Jason wore PPE and maintained social distancing - just thought you would want to know...

I love Precision Door!!! They are real people, providing service with a smile! They don't try to up-sell you at every turn and they actually will tell you ways to troubleshoot and save yourself time and money...as a senior citizen, I really like that and you do not find that very often in a company today. The other thing I really like is, they make an appointment with you that doesn't take up half of your day and they call you when they are on the way, AND text you sending a photo of who is coming so you know exactly who will arrive at your door...really like that in today's weird world! I'm recommending Precision Door to our Homeowner's Association for our residents! Thanks, Precision!

Great same day service provided after a spring broke on our 3rd car garage door. I called that morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician onsite identifying the issue and providing a quote. The broken spring was fixed within 45 minutes of arrival. Great communication through phone and text throughout the process made it easy. I don't have a good comparison on pricing versus other options, but the speed, quality and professionalism of service were excellent.

On the plus side, Jason Rodriguez was early for our appointment. Secondly, he was able to access and fix the problem in a short period of time. On the negative side, he didn't even introduce himself and frankly never even said a word until I tried to initiate a conversation. Even then, his responses were either one word answers or just a few words at best. I only suggest he work on his people skills.

Excellent customer service and follow up. Not many company’s send you a text letting you know the tech is on the way with a picture of them along with a brief bio on the tech. Makes the experience answering the door a lot more inviting when you already know their name and face. They quote you right on the spot and go over all the details of the job. Matt was very knowledgeable and immediately recognized the source of some worrisome noise (recent paint between the door sections). He checked out the opener system and was very helpful on telling me how to maintain the system.
