We called yesterday late afternoon as our garage door stopped working. Precision Door was able to give us an appointment for the next day at 10:00am, which was very quick. Updates and confirmations were provided throughout the morning. Ben called and said that he would be early and asked is this was OK. Ben actually arrive 45 minutes early and had the work completed in approximately one hour. Ben's work was outstanding and he clearly explained the costs, work performed and other pertinent information on our garage door. Ben was very professional and outgoing. We have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

Matt and the other young man made all of my garage door dreams come true. They installed the new one. Hauled off the old one. I called Precision because of their good reputation. My driveway swing gate was broken. The rep who answered the phone was very helpful and put me on the schedule right away.
