I am a new customer to Precision. I called for a service appointment around 8:15 AM, they set the appointment for between 10-12 that same day, Rick, the technician, called me about 9:30 to say he would be at my house in around 20 minutes, and he was! He was very professional, and completed the servicing, fixing my problem, and taking care of a few other minor issues very quickly. I will definitely use Precision again.

Our garage door came off the tracks early Saturday evening. I called and a technician came out within about two hours and repaired the door with no problems. I also was provided an estimate for additional repairs, but no pressure to purchase. The technician was competent and friendly.

Outstanding service! Bob, manager, is a superb customer service oriented individual and is more than helpful; he makes interaction with Precision a pleasure. Wes, the visiting technician, demonstrated the same dedication to service as the office manager, Bob. Moreover, he was thoroughly knowledgeable and readily answered any question. Remarkably, he completed changing both door springs, balancing the door and lubricating the hinges/rollers in less than 30 minutes! We were in a position of nonuse without assistance, Precision made the effort and repaired the difficulty same day.... They have earned my respect and future business ... rate them 5 Stars. Since I was out of town at the time of installation of the new door I did not see the door get installed. However, my wife was home, and she says that the guys were curious, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and that the door worked great. When I got home from my trip, I concur with my wife. Our old garage door opener had to be replaced. We called Precision Doors based on the positive reviews on their website and other 3rd party services. Our technician was Westly Smith - he showed up on time and was very professional. He was knowledgeable and a very hard worker. We are happy with the service and would strongly recommend them for anyone's garage door needs.

I'm not sure how you can justify 259.00 for 1hr (actually about 50mins) work and you didn't even supply any parts. 65.00 for service call, 65.00 1hr labor for the hour which should have been the first hour of the service call, and 125.00 for torsion reset labor. I called 2 days ago for 24hr service and was told at 4:00pm that the earliest someone could be here was two days later between 6:00 and 8:00pm. I find 259.00 for little less than an hours work and 0 urgency obscene. Additionally, I explained when I called what needed to be done, and a torsion reset fee was never mentioned. Stars? What would you give for what I have just described?

I got info to call you from Angie List. My overhead door has shut on golf cart and was off track and broke a glass pane. I described the whole problem with my overhead garage door to Bob who answered phone. When service gentleman came he immediately advised me his company did not work on my kind of overhead garage door. No service call should have been made to my home. I was charged a reasonable service call but now must pay another service call to another company. Must say the serviceman was most knowledgeable and polite. I should have been asked what company or manufactured made my door in all fairness. Lesson learned. Will send photo before I call anyone else trying to rack up a quick service call. Suggest everyone out there do the same. I will notify Angie List of my encounter today.

Eric arrived on time. He discovered the problem immediately and resolved it. No parts were required. What I received was a scrupulously honest service call. Everything was carefully explained. I could not have been more pleased. Although the web site is very good I did not find this company that way. What matters is that next time I have a garage door problem this is who I will call.

Eric was prompt and very knowledgeable for his service call today. I had another serious issue with my garage door and Eric suggested what needed to be repaired, how and the cost. Within about an hour he had serviced my door as well as installed the necessary repairs. Very impressed with him.
