I hear a lot about todays service employees not being trained right on skills needed when dealing with customers resulting in success- mostly directed at the younger employee. Skills like pre-arrival call, on time arrival, in a clean vehicle, clean neat uniform, introduction, let the customer explain the problem, show the customer why the problem exists, explain the plan to fix the problem, and then go about doing it and testing the fix in front of the customer,. Aron represents your company well- a clean cut, intelligent, skilled employee who takes pride in his job, desires customer satisfaction, and makes himself available for review. The technician showed up promptly according to the scheduled visit. He assessed the problem with our garage door keypad and checked the door itself. He replaced the keypad and replaced worn hardware on the garage door. My wife and I were extremely pleased by the professionalism and the work done.

Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes. Once he was on site, he was able to resolve the issue for me. This is what service was like in the olden days… today in this fast-paced digital world, they have exceeded my expectation. I definitely give a 5 star to Matt's workmanship and professionalism! I desperately needed a spring replacement repair and had a 12-2 window for when the work was to be done. To my surprise, Matt called around 10 and said he was ahead of schedule and could be at my home in fifteen minutes. Before starting Matt explained in understandable detail the work and benefits of installing two springs on my door in a very non pressure sales pitch which made more sense. Matt was courteous and took less than 30 minutes to install the springs. Also, it was an added plus that Precision gives you the name of the tech before he arrives just so you know who you're opening your door to.
