Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes. Once he was on site, he was able to resolve the issue for me. This is what service was like in the olden days… today in this fast-paced digital world, they have exceeded my expectation. I can and will recommend them to my friends and families when asked to find a professional organization to work with. Ben is the man….

I definitely give a 5 star to Matt's workmanship and professionalism! I desperately needed a spring replacement repair and had a 12-2 window for when the work was to be done. To my surprise, Matt called around 10 and said he was ahead of schedule and could be at my home in fifteen minutes. Before starting Matt explained in understandable detail the work and benefits of installing two springs on my door in a very non pressure sales pitch which made more sense. Matt was courteous and took less than 30 minutes to install the springs. Also, it was an added plus that Precision gives you the name of the tech before he arrives just so you know who you're opening your door to.

Third experience having Aaron Stewart come to my home. Each time has been the textbook definition of what excellent customer service looks like! I have known Jon Russell for a long time and that is how I came to use Precision Door. The technician who came out to my house, Ben, called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment and it worked out well. He was very polite and knew what he was doing and got the circuit board in my opener repaired promptly. I will definitely use PrecisionDoor again in the future.
