Great service. Ben even called me before the scheduled appt time to see if he could arrive sooner. Very polite and considerate of him to do that. What I thought was going to be major repair work that would cost $$$$$ turned out to be minor and I appreciate his honesty. I asked him if he could perform routine preventative maintenance so i wouldn’t feel like I wasted his time and he obliged without hesitation. Thank you Ben!!!

Number one, the first person I called was not speaking through the phone and said, "I will call you back". I waited two days and called my son who is and engineer to ask him to find someone. When he called back he said, "Mon, that is the best you will ever get, they have their service people on the internet and the number for there work." I knew he found the best.

I called at 7:38pm after a cable broke. I could not raise nor lower the door, so I could not get my cars out of the garage. Rick arrived at 9:00pm...that's right...9 o'clock at night and repaired my door. I ordered a new door and opener on the spot since my old one was over 30 year old. I could not be happier with the service I received. Outstanding!

I was originally scheduled for my appointment on July 2 but when I received a confirmation call that day, the service man, Michael, told me that he did not have the circuit board needed on his truck that day so we had to reschedule for July 6. The repair went well on July 6 and Michael was very nice. I am giving 3 stars because I wish Michael had had the circuit board on his truck on July 2 so I did not have to wait 4 more days. It would have been much better if we could have diagnosed the issue ahead of time so he could have determined what parts he needed.
