The Precision techs, Aaron and Timothy, were wonderful. They were prompt (even a little early), courteous, and efficient. Every cost was explained thoroughly, and there was no high-pressure sales pitch to buy extras. They told me what was wrong with my garage door opener and a few other parts and gave me some different options for repair/replacement with a cost analysis. The job was done expertly within an hour or so. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has any garage door issues.

Both of my garage doors gave out at the same time - on a Saturday! Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and a very pleasant person promised that someone would come out to check the doors between 6 and 8 pm on Saturday night. Sure enough, Rick called ahead to let us know when he was going to arrive and he arrived just as promised. Both of my garage doors needed work but one needed a major overhaul. Rick dug right in and got it done. It was as hot as blazes in the garage and he worked late on a Saturday night but he did a great job! I will definitely call again and ask for Rick. HAD A BROKEN SPRING...AFTER INSPECTIONS, I NEEDED TO ALSO REPLACE THE END BRACKET WITH THE BEARINGS AND NEW ROLLERS...BEN WHITE HAD ANOTHER TECH WITH HIM AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB..I THINK THE DOOR IS IN BETTER SHAPE THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEN AND PRECISION DOOR. THANKS....

Called Precision at about 9 am today. They said they had a slot open from 4 to 6 which was perfect for me. Matt called at 3:30 that he could be here at 3:45 and he was! He literally had the springs replaced and had checked the garage door opener for us all in about 30 minutes.
