We chose Precision Garage Doors after reviewing several web sites. Information on the site helped us make our selection. Our technician was Ben. He called when in route, arrived on time (or better) and was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining our problem and the various solutions available and the overall benefits of the garage doors used by Precision. He answered all of our questions and help us make our choice. Our installation was done by Luke and Tim. Again we were called before they arrived and gave us a time estimate for installation. Once the installation was completed Luke explained again the benefits from our previous door and also how we should maintain. Installation was timely and both young men were courteous and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others. Thanks.

After losing a spring, Precision came out last Fall and did an excellent job replacing parts and installing a whole new garage door kit... springs, rollers, cable, etc. Last week, the door suddenly came off the track and was hanging open. I immediately called Precision and was happy to hear they could come out that day. Not only did they quote me a time frame that began 2.5 hours from the time of my call, but the technician had been in the area and was at my house 30 minutes later! Matt was great, realigning and adjusting everything until he and I were both satisfied that the door was operating smoothly and even quieter than before. The best part was that it was covered by the warranty that came with the initial kit I purchased.... so no additional cost. Very happy with Precision and the fact that they stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend!

Ben was our tech and his services were excellent! Our appointment was between 10am-12pm. He called around 8:35am to come by to take a look at our garage door (which was excellent). They came by around 8:45am and it took them 15-20 minutes to fix it! I will for sure contact you guys to replace our old one very soon! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

My garage door broke as I was opening it during the night. I called Precision Doors first thing the next morning. They had someone at my house that morning. They secured the door because it wasn't fixable. When I was called to set up the install I told them of my extenuating circumstances and they were able to take care of our needs. When they had finished with the install I was shown how I need to maintain my new door. It was such a pleasure to do business with this company. I picked this company based on the reviews I read.

One side of the motor on my garage door had come loose from the ceiling and needed to be repaired. A young man named Aaron Stewart came out to take care of this for me. He was supposed to be here between 12 and 2 and he called me about 11:30 and said he was running early and asked if it would be possible for him to come early. I told him that would be wonderful. I had to be somewhere at 2 p.m. so I was glad to have him come early. He arrived and was very nice and polite. He could see right away that the problem was what I had told them but he checked the door out thoroughly to make sure there were no other problems. When the door was installed, the screws holding up the motor were not put into a stud so he had to put them into a stud to keep that from happening again and then he had to cut down another piece on the frame. I was very impressed with his work and with his attitude. All in all it was a very good experience for me.
