Everything that you want from a service provider! A human answered their phone quickly, provided a quote, explained the details, set an appointment. The service tech (Wes) called when he was enroute, showed up on time, reviewed the job, answered questions, went straight to work. Wes worked to get the job done quickly and efficiently. No wasted effort, no talking on the phone, no wandering off. He cleaned up after himself, made sure I was satisfied and headed to the next job. This is how business should be done.

The cables on my garage door came off track on Sunday and I called Precision because of their BBB rating. The only reason they didn't come the next day was because of MY schedule! Rick was here bright and early Tuesday. He restrung the cable and then serviced the door to make it run smoother and quieter. Thanks for good customer service and technical expertise.

There was no actual garage door repair work performed. Through Angie's List , I simply purchase a Garage Door Tuneup special (lubrication and rollers replacements). The serviceman, Mr. Michael, showed up on time as promised and very professional and informative with the work order. I appreciate Precision Doors Business and would reccomend their services.

Just chose you out of the phone book after reading your ad. You seemed like a good choice to repair the garage door. The problem was with one of the sensors. Eric came out in a very timely manner. He was courteous and explained what was wrong. He repaired the door and let me know we might have to have work done in the future. He followed up with an email with quotes on different packages for future repair. He did a great job and we would recommend your company to others.
