I was advised your technician was running late because of previous repair call. I was notified by your office and Mr. Hisaw. This I appreciate very much. When he did arrive he once again apologized for being late. He was amicable, professional and ready to correct my problem. He immediately got to work and made repairs. Mr. Hisaw's attitude was always positive and assuring during the task. He is a very competent and positive individual. A credit to your company.

Josh knows a garage door and components, what each one does and handles his job with deserved confidence. While here, I had him replace the rubber at bottom of door. He checked everything over, making adjustments where needed. If all repairmen worked as he does, we wouldn't have problems. I was very impressed with his work and will recommend him. He did much more than install a lost or misplaced an opener.

These guys came out to fix an unresponsive gate opener. They were on site about five minutes when they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This was a follow up call for an earlier battery replacement, so they didn’t charge us anything. And they even told us what to do the next time this happened!
