I have worked with several garage door companies over the years, and without a doubt……Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best company I’ve EVER encountered!! From the moment I spoke with the appointment person on the phone, I could tell they were different. The morning of my appointment I got a text telling me a little bit about my technician…..even found out he enjoys spending time with his fur babies when he’s not working! Payton Naylor was prompt, professional, and an AMAZING representative of the company! Well done! Payton is definitely the contact I will save in my phone for any future business; what a great experience! Customer service is a lost art these days, but he exceeded my expectations!

They installed a new18’ door in 2017. Has worked quietly and flawlessly . Had a spring break overnight and called their service center at 10pm. They got my name and address and problem. Service was great! Payton called before he showed up and was here between times I was told. Very polite & attentive. Diagnosed the problem and presented me with 3 options on what he could do to fix it. #1.Springs only. #2. Springs and roller bearings. #3. All with lifetime warranty. I picked #2 and he went to work. Took about an hour and he explained everything he done. Thanks!!
