I got up to go to my early morning workout on a Sunday morning and the spring on my garage door was broken. I could not even lift the door at all because without the help of the springs I could not budge it. I called Precision and they were very straight forward with me about the cost. It was not cheap but I am glad to have someone willing to come out on Sunday to fix it. They said they would be to me between 12 and 2 and Treston called at a little after 1 and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He fixed everything and replaced some other things as well to give me a warranty that would guarantee that as long as I live in my home they will fix any of the parts at no cost to me. Last year we finally had to replace our 27-year-old garage door. Precision had worked on it before and kept it running for us. Finally, it gave out and we called Precision last year to get a new one. It has worked without any problems. Today was our 1 year anniversary of having the new door and it was such a professional gesture to leave a card with us to be sure to call for the 1 year inspection. Brandon came out and communicated when he would arrive and checked out the garage door. He added some lube to help quiet the door as it goes up and down. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Our garage door didn’t always close on the 1st attempt. Your company was recommended by our neighbors, Steve and Bonnie Rosen. Your technician recognized the problem right away. The sensors were not properly aligned. The problem was corrected quickly and he also oiled all of the wheels and door joints. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I want to thank the technician with precision for his job well done. He showed up before the stated time after calling to see if that was ok. He arrived and immediately started his inspection and went to work. He was fast and efficient and repaired the door and made adjustments needed to tracks motor the springs. hope we don't have any more trouble ,but if so Precision will be first company I will be in touch with to fix my problems.
