My name is Andre H. My electrical swing gate went out during the storm on last week. I called a certain company to come out and get my gate operable again they said I needed about $2700.00 worth of work done, basically a new unit. I called Precision Garage door service for a 2nd opinion. Technician Jason Lyles came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the kind of gate door I had. It did not take him but 5minutes to diagnose the problem. My gate was working and swinging at command like it was before the storm. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and he was very very nice and explained the problem in a way that even i could understand. My Technician, Roger Emmerson, Was Not Only On Time, Which Is Unusual, But ... He Called Way Early To Ask If He Could Come At That Time. I Was Pleased With His Early Arrival. He Went Straight To Work, Discovered The Problem In No Time Flat, Gave Me A Quote And Explained The Total Cost And How It Was Figured. He Then Asked If I Wanted To Have The Work Done Once I Agreed To Have The Work Done, And Agreed To The Cost, He Explained The Payment Options, Which I Appreciated Very Much. He Then Went To work To Do The Repair, And Checked Out Everything Else To See If There Was Any Other Issue That Needed To Be Considered. After Full Evaluation, He Informed Me That the Work Was Completed. I Chose To Pay By Debit Card, He Had Me Sign The Electronic Device, Thanked Me For My Business, And Insured Me That If Were A Problem At Any Time, I Should Feel Free To Contact The office. He Was The Most Polite And Efficient Worker That I Have Ever Experienced In My Home. You Should See That Roger Is Well Paid With Bonuses, And Even Promotions. I called Precision Door service of Memphis when I noticed the spring pad backing board separating and pulling away from the wall. They gave me an appointment very quickly, the next day. Jason Rodriguez was the technician, and he arrived 10 minutes early letting me know in advance. He did a phenomenal job. He inspected the whole door, quickly identified the two major issues which had created the problem (new home builder faulty installation), gave me an estimate of the cost for rectifying the issues and then did all the repairs, rectifying the original installer clear errors that had led to the issue occurring. I could not be happier. I would recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis and Jason in particular for any Garage door issues. The knowledge they have, the time they spend explaining things and giving advice is invaluable. The whole experience from the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the appointment itself, the work done, all point to an extremely professional and competent company.
