Very pleased with service. Serviceman Roger was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Lock was broken on garage door and was not replaceable. Roger was able to install a safe lock for the door with no issues. Will definitely use Precision if needed again!

I suspected I needed a new motor but with lubrication and adjustment they were able to get it running just fine. Hello PDS Thanks for everything that you do as a service provider! Our cable popped on our garage & this is during the time we're dealing with snow & ice. When my garage door spring broke late at night, Precision was the only company that allowed me to schedule service online, so I booked a 2–4 pm appointment for the next day.
