Our service was scheduled within 24 hours of our call. We received notification of arrival and a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. Roger arrived promptly and provided a diagnosis of the problem. He explained the options we could select for our repair. Once we agreed on the repair, he provided the price prior to the work. I have recommended Precision to everyone that will listen to me. Way back in 2002, we had Precision come out and replace our springs and garage door hardware, and we purchased the lifetime warranty along with it. Since then, they have been out 3-4 times to do warranty work. It has never been an issue to have the warranty work done, with no cost to us, and they have always been the easiest group of folks to deal with….every single time. When my opener decides to kick the bucket, I can assure you they will be the ones to install a new one. I will be a lifelong customer, as will both of my adult children when they become homeowners.
