Roger was so personal, polite and professional. I felt so comfortable with him and the excellent service he provided. I love how Precision lets you know who the technician is and of course the photo. By letting me know something about Roger was so easy for us to have a conversation about he and his wife's birthday coming up in September. As he mentioned New Orleans I spoke about them maybe trying the train ride instead of driving. We talked like old friends. He explained every detail of what was broken, the repair needed as well as 3 options of repair to choose. Your quick response in my service as well as BBB rating was awesome. Return customer for repair to my security gate. The local staff was amazing. The remote telephone assistance and the schedulers could use some improvement. Overall, I was very VERY pleased with the local Memphis team. It is my understanding that the phones and scheduling is done out of state. Brandon was on time when he said he would be. He contacted me before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the garage door problem. He was able to quickly disassemble the unit, verify the problem component then he had the part in the truck so was able to install the defective unit. He made the adjustments to ensure the door opened and closed appropriate and everything worked wonderfully. Brandon was courteous and very professional and pleasant to talk to. My garage door spring broke last year. I called Precision and made an appointment. My door was repaired and I was offered an extended warranty after the repair was made. Now, 1 year later, I started experiencing a noise issue when closing the door. I called Precision, they sent an awesone tech by the name of Tyler. Tyler fixed my door and it works great. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty and I greatly appreciate the great customer service Precision provided. From making the appointment to making the repair. I made the appointment on Monday, the repair was completed Turesday. Precision is a solid company with fantastic customer service.
