I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service and especially want to recognize Peyton Peabody for his outstanding service. I found Precision through Google and was impressed by their 2.4K reviews and 4.9-star average rating—and they truly lived up to it. I spoke with three different representatives on the phone, and every one of them was friendly, professional, and helpful. When my garage door spring broke late at night, Precision was the only company that allowed me to schedule service online, so I booked a 2–4 pm appointment for the next day. Since it was a snowstorm weekend, I called early Saturday morning to see if an earlier visit was possible. To my surprise, Peyton Peabody arrived around 9:30 am, despite the heavy snow. From beginning to end, Peyton was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He clearly explained the problem, reviewed every repair options with me, and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. Maintaining such high-quality service in freezing, snowy conditions is no easy task, and I truly appreciated his dedication. My garage door is now working safely and smoothly again, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I’m very grateful to Precision Garage Door Service for delivering exceptional service even in extreme weather conditions. Highly recommended!

Shane arrived right on time, was very courteous, & after I decided what I wanted, went right to work. Since the first set of springs we had to have changed lasted 8 years & the second set (lower strength from a different company) only lasted 6 years, I decided to go with a complete replacement of all moving parts (NOT including door & opener), with the lifetime warranty, as we plan on being here until the end.
