Precision Door was recommended to me. I was exceptionally pleased with all the service I received. First, the staff worked me in the schedule. The gate sensors worked exactly as they were constructed to do. That is, stop instantly if anything touches the gate when it is moving. The issue was I did not know how to reset it. Jordan Nelson, a technician with Precision, came out and corrected the problem ASAP. He was the ultimate serviceman. He was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and very outgoing. He did an exceptional job.

I went to Precision Door and entered a service call late at night as a garage door would not open. I was sent a text saying the technicians would arrive around 11:30am. Payton and Brian arrived on time. After taking a few moments, they discovered the spring had broken. They replaced the spring and bearings on each end. After installation was complete, they checked other doors for possible repair. They were deemed all right at this time, and I opted not to do any more repair. Payton and Brian were very professional and courteous. I asked Payton to set up our phones to monitors the doors and this was done. With the cameras we can now know when a door is open and if someone is in the garage. Great team and wonderful experience. Any garage door problems I will call Precision Door.
