I called Friday afternoon late because of a broken spring (Noon-emergency), and they were out Monday morning at 8:30. Replaced the springs, checked out the door and was gone by 9:00. That's service!!! I have used Precision Door in the past and always pleased.

Would not use this company. Scheduled a service, was told the (4 year old) garage door need to be repaired. Was given a quote for repairs. I waited approximately 6 months. I called to schedule the repair and was told that the cost had increased and provided an updated quote. I scheduled the repair, the technician came out and did not do any work. Went back to the office and sent 3 new quotes for various levels of work and each of the quotes were higher than the quote that I had received 5 days earlier.

Best service ever Chris Hisaw was one of the most professional workers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he was very fast and thorough with the repairs he answered all of my questions and didn't seem to be phased a single bit (I asked alot of questions) all in all I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone.
