I am a hard-to-please customer for any product or service. Precision Door Service (especially Austin and Eric) provided an excellent solution! The scheduling was simple and an appointment was set for 8 am the next morning. Austin was early which is very much appreciated. Normally when service vendors provide a range I expect the worst case, but Precision is the exception. Two broken springs were the problem and Austin skillfully replaced both in about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered questions about maintenance and replacement costs of components. The experience was great and my wife's car was freed from garage prison!

Would not use this company. Scheduled a service, was told the (4 year old) garage door need to be repaired. Was given a quote for repairs. I waited approximately 6 months. I called to schedule the repair and was told that the cost had increased and provided an updated quote. I scheduled the repair, the technician came out and did not do any work. Went back to the office and sent 3 new quotes for various levels of work and each of the quotes were higher than the quote that I had received 5 days earlier.
