Service was EXPEDIENT and EFFICIENT. Technician Josh came in earlier than the appointment and was quite calm and direct. He seemed to know in advance to go directly to the source of the problem, and he most certainly was correct. Ground Fault socket had tripped the garage opener socket! Josh had us back up and working in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend the services of Precision to everyone.

John Pugh with Precision Door Service came to our house and had the garage door repaired in no time. He was very thorough and very courteous. We asked about the seal at the bottom of the door and he told us it was still in good shape. This was great experience from the time I contacted PDS on Saturday to set up an appointment until the work was completed today, less than 48 hours later. I got confirmation emails and alerts to my technicians arrival. (He was actually a little early!). The technician, Matt McNatt, was professional and very thorough while he was here first describing what he would be doing and then performing the work. He answered all my questions. He even tried to help get my Genie opener set up on my home WiFi but unfortunately it is out of range of my signal. I am very pleased with all aspects of this repair and Matt especially. Couldn't recommend PDS more highly.

When I needed help with a nonworking garage door, I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the following day. Technician Jason Rodriguez arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly found a broken carriage module on the opener chain drive. Looking through usual avenues of supply, he found the part was no longer available and without it the entire assembly would have to be replaced. This would have been costly and time consuming. But Jason persisted in his search until finding an alternate source. Once the part arrived, he returned and did the repair then lubricated the chain drive and tested the system, insuring it performed to factory specifications. The entire process had gone smoothly, quickly, and at low cost. Of all the repairmen I have worked with over the years none have been more focused on doing the job right than Jason. From the moment he first arrived until finishing the job, he was attentive to doing what was best for the customer. I highly recommend Jason Rodriguez and Precision Door Service of Memphis.
