They made a repair recently that had nothing to do with their installation.John Bennett the service tech was so polite and professional. I did commercial overhead doors for 34 years before I retired so I knew what to look for. Have recommended them to others.

I chose Precision Door Service because my neighbor recommended your company. Chris Hisaw was the technician that came to my house. I could not close my garage door all the way. He temporarily fix the door so I could close it and be safe. I have to get the brick wall repaired first so he can install a new rail. Just wow! That’s all I can say. Just under a year ago my automatic gate was not working. Last night when I came home, it stopped working again. I called them this morning. They were out this afternoon and because it was under a year, they replaced the part, fixed the gate and didn’t even charge the time to visit. I HIGHLY Recommend them!

we had an emergency with the 10x8 ft door on our garage shop. the spring broke and all vehicles were inside so we had no transportation. we saw an ad on television early morning, called the number. the answering service was very professional, scheduled a technician for that afternoon between 2 - 4:oopm. technician came promptly at 2:00 pm and successfully replaced the spring on our door and repaired the second door in the same shop area. we are so grateful for this quick service.

Service was EXPEDIENT and EFFICIENT. Technician Josh came in earlier than the appointment and was quite calm and direct. He seemed to know in advance to go directly to the source of the problem, and he most certainly was correct. Ground Fault socket had tripped the garage opener socket! This was great experience from the time I contacted PDS on Saturday to set up an appointment until the work was completed today, less than 48 hours later. I got confirmation emails and alerts to my technicians arrival. (He was actually a little early!). The technician, Matt McNatt, was professional and very thorough while he was here first describing what he would be doing and then performing the work. He answered all my questions. He even tried to help get my Genie opener set up on my home WiFi but unfortunately it is out of range of my signal. I am very pleased with all aspects of this repair and Matt especially. Couldn't recommend PDS more highly.
