Ben has been with our Precision Door team since January 2015 and he enjoys the people that he works with. He is happily married to Mary, and he has one daughter. Ben likes attending University of Memphis Basketball games with his wife. Go Tigers! He also enjoys watching movies, relaxing with family and friends, going camping, and going on scenic motorcycle rides with his wife. Ben is also a military Veteran where he proudly served our country for 8 years while in the Army where he served two tours in Iraq.

I absolutely love Precision Garage Door! They provide excellent customer service and Ben knew what to do to resolve our issue. They provide such great service when they can find the time to get things scheduled and done within a day or two. They always call ahead and even try to fit you in earlier than your appointment if they can. Great workers and great product! Our new garage door opener is fantastic. Quiet and has a ton of light!

Precision Doors is great. The springs broke on our garage and caused one of our vehicles to be stuck in the garage. Precision was able to accommodate and send someone that day to repair it. Ben provided excellent service.

I received outstanding service from Precision Door Service; my technician, Ben was very nice and understood what the problem was with my garage door right away; it only took minutes to fix. Everyone I dealt with at Precision was VERY polite. Customer service is a lost art with most businesses but not with this company. They were on-time with appointments and did qualify work. I had new garage doors and openers installed and am very satisfied.
