The work performed was quality work. He gave an honest assessment, quote, and the work didn't take long at all. My door was operational again after he left. I also feel like it was completely overpriced.

Good response time; technician attempted to upsell additional items + warranty. Job appears to have been done properly (completed today), but cost was about double what I was expecting. If I had the benefit of time, I would have done additional research and used a smaller firm.

On the plus side, Jason Rodriguez was early for our appointment. Secondly, he was able to access and fix the problem in a short period of time. On the negative side, he didn't even introduce himself and frankly never even said a word until I tried to initiate a conversation. Even then, his responses were either one word answers or just a few words at best. I only suggest he work on his people skills.

I was originally scheduled for my appointment on July 2 but when I received a confirmation call that day, the service man, Michael, told me that he did not have the circuit board needed on his truck that day so we had to reschedule for July 6. The repair went well on July 6 and Michael was very nice. I am giving 3 stars because I wish Michael had had the circuit board on his truck on July 2 so I did not have to wait 4 more days. It would have been much better if we could have diagnosed the issue ahead of time so he could have determined what parts he needed.

I was generally happy with the repair of the opener which your company installed about a month or so ago. The tech said it was a bad wire that had no power to the wall pad. He came up with a way to mount a remote which is working well. When I spoke to Bob at your office about an appointment, I told him I had a meeting to attend at 10:00 am , and he assured me I'd be first on the list to be seen between 8:30-9:00. The technician arrived about 9:30 and since the repair wasn't a simple one, I missed my 10:00 meeting. I'm not sure if anyone was at fault, but Bob suggested that I'd misunderstood his timeframe he gave me. I don't think that is what took place, but I was pleased to at least get the garage door opener fixed. Thank you, JoAnna Haines

I appreciate your fixing my broken garage door this morning but I thought the pricing was outrageous. $69 for a service call on top of the $125 torsion reset seems excessive but charging another $69 for a bottom corner bracket that can be bought at any hardware store for less than $5 is userous. Would I use you again in an emergency - probably. Will I recommend you - no.

The garage door opener was installed in a professional manner. The technician was clean, personable, and on time. Thank you. However, he accidently dropped his cordless impact driver on the side of my project truck, which i recently had extensive paint and body work performed. There is now a dent and scratch on the driver's bedside. I understand accident's happen, but I asked him if we should push the vehicle out of the way before he started work. Please advise.

I am satisfied with the service. Brandon was professional and courteous. I was concerned about the prices of the replacement springs. They were about 3 times as expensive as the regular springs that my friend just paid. I was told that these springs are powder coated and have higher life. I was still not convinced it was worth 3 times the regular price. I was in a bit of a hurry to get the job done, so I went ahead with the 'premium' springs.

Responsive but very expensive. They seem to know what they are talking about and if it's routine maintenance probably would be fine, I would no recommend them for an after hours call. Company resolved discount issue after the fact which I appreciated.
