Made an appointment online to replace a 13-y.o. door opener. Shane arrived during appointed time window, gave an estimate, and replaced the opener without issue. He was friendly, patient when I screwed up my wifi password twice, did a neat job, and lubricated everything to make the door quiet again. All in all, an excellent job. I dinged one star due to the rather high price -- no deal or discount was offered on the $89 service call when paying $1060 for an opener that can be bought on Amazon for $560.

Just wish we could have only replaced the spring instead of also doing the wheels and bearings. Other than that. Amazing job

Prompt and courteous service. The door was installed by POD less than a year ago, so it probably shouldn't have needed adjustment. However, Shane re-aligned the track and the door opener is now working again.

I contacted Precision to schedule a technician to come out and replace a broken garage door spring. We scheduled for the next morning between 8 - 10 am. I received a call from Dillon at 8:15 that he would be at the house in 10-15 min. They showed up by 8:30 and he indicated it would take about 20-30 min. He replaced both springs, per their recommendation, and was completed before 9:00 am. I was told in advance of about how much it was, and although I felt it was a bit pricing, they lived up to the stated expectations.

I have dealt with Precision before and they are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Dillon, the Tech that came to diagnose the problem with my old Garage Door Opener and ultimately replace and install my new Opener was great! Not only did he show up hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation at his end, but he did the install in record time and explained and walked me through the set up for MyQ and any wifi glitches that may arise. Dillon gets FIVE STARS! My dissatisfaction was that the "Residential Service Call" Fee of $83.95 was not removed once I decided to replace the opener after Dillon diagnosed the problem. In my experience that fee is charged only if you decide not to have any work done. I called the office to inquire about this and they stated that that fee is charged regardless. Additionally, and included with that Service Call Fee was a "Residential Fuel Surcharge" of $6.88, which in my opinion should be at the company's expense and not passed on to the consumer/customer. It's the Cost of Doing Business after all. My husband drives to work every day and is not reimbursed by anyone for the fuel to get there. Just another way to gauge the consumer I guess.

I have used Precision for every problem I've had with my garage door. The service technicians have always been courteous and professional. If there is some information that they feel you need to know they carefully guide you through the process so you can make an inform decision. The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks

Precision Garage Door replaced my entire garage door and motor. The set up a 4 hour window. The crew showed up on time and got the job done in 90 minutes. Very impressed. The only negative was greasy and oily hand prints were left on the garage door and the frame of the house where the wireless keypad was installed. Wished the crew had cleaned that up. Otherwise, great job and I would recommend this company.

Precision Doors is great. The springs broke on our garage and caused one of our vehicles to be stuck in the garage. Precision was able to accommodate and send someone that day to repair it. Ben provided excellent service.
