When my garage door broke my neighbor told me that he had a very positive experience with Precision Door. Chris Hisaw came out and clearly explained what needed to be done and what my options were. When we needed it a bit earlier than what was available on the regular schedule, Chris arranged to come out with a crew to install the door even sooner. He and his crew were very efficient and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied. It's great to work with nice people who know their craft.

Garage door would not open and could not even be lifted. Technician apologized for being an hour late for the last job of his long day. He had called ahead to keep me updated. Although he was going to be very late getting home, he cheerfully got to work and immediately diagnosed the problem (broken spring that was “only” 30 years old). Replaced it quickly and re-set the power unit. Very satisfied with his attitude and professionalism. Thank you.

I had a repair that another company couldn’t fix properly. Chris Hisaw arrived on time and, after an inspection of the problem , knew just how to fix it. He explained what was needed and got right to work. He made sure that the door was properly adjusted, after the repair. Now the garage door works better than it has in months. Chis is a true professional. If I need another repair in the future, I will definitely call Precision again.

we had an emergency with the 10x8 ft door on our garage shop. the spring broke and all vehicles were inside so we had no transportation. we saw an ad on television early morning, called the number. the answering service was very professional, scheduled a technician for that afternoon between 2 - 4:oopm. technician came promptly at 2:00 pm and successfully replaced the spring on our door and repaired the second door in the same shop area. we are so grateful for this quick service.

Chris arrived at my home on time. He was very friendly and professional. He checked my door and with in minuets he had a quote for the repair. He began the repair and within no time my door was repaired. He took the time to oil the rollers, rails, and motor chain. My door is working like new.
