The whole process was done very professionally. I was given three choices of what could be accomplished and decided on a full overhaul. My door was changed from single spring to a double double spring setup, all the bearings were replaced. New cables were attached. Two new springs installed and new quieter rollers were put on. Door runs very smoothly now. John B. Was very efficient and didn’t mind me watching the whole fascinating procedure. Thanks so much for making what seemed a big problem turn out to be so simple! John was even done and driving away before he was actually scheduled to even arrive. Again, thank you all.

I called Precision Door at approximately 11 AM concerning my garage door would not open. At 12:15 John Bennett, Precision Door's technician arrived!! I was very much impressed with my call being expedited so quickly. Most service calls do not happen that quick. John noticed that I had a broken spring and he was able to replace the spring at a reasonable price. He had completed the job by 1:00PM. I was very impressed with John, his knowledge and work ethics.
