John was born and has lived in Memphis his whole life. He loves spending time with family and friends whether it is playing cards, road trips or hanging around watching movies. John is the youngest of six kids, aka the baby of the family. He also enjoys watching, playing and coaching various sports like baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and golf. John has been playing golf since he was 8 years old and enjoys playing it every chance he gets. He is also a major Alabama football fan... Roll tide!!

Service call could not have been better handled. Technician, arrived early, made required repairs quickly, leaving is in much better shape than we were before his arrival. It wasn't cheap, but what is these days? However, he did leave us with peace of mind, so it was worth the cost.

John with Percision Door Service did an excellent job. He sold me on the lifetime warranty for both my garage doors and sold me the new MyQ garage opener. The rep helped me program all my remotes and showed me how to use the new system on my cell phone. John was professional, quick and knowledgeable in his products. He completed my job in 1 & 1/2 hours. I only use Percision Door service when ever I have issues with my garage doors.

John Pugh with Precision Door Service came to our house and had the garage door repaired in no time. He was very thorough and very courteous. We asked about the seal at the bottom of the door and he told us it was still in good shape. Very refreshing to see a technician give us his honest opinion versus just trying to make more money for the company. These guys are great at what they do. They seem like good ole' boys, trustworthy, dependable, honest. I took a chance with Precision, not knowing anything about them, no references to rely on. I just found them on the internet and looked at the doors, made the call. They called with advance notice before arriving. I was impressed that they sent friendly, upper class character to my house, did their measurements and placed the order. After a few weeks they contacted me for an installation appointment. They did the job without any problems and I felt lucky because the door is so smooth and quiet, non typical. It's rare for me to be this satisfied with a service because there's so much incompetence out there. I was so pleased I ordered another one for the smaller part of my garage. The quality and service was identical. I will eventually order one more for an internal door. Yes I was lucky I chose Precision Door Service. You'll feel that way too.
