Jason was born right here in Memphis, Tennessee. He loves to travel. He is also an avid outdoorsman that enjoys riding mountain bikes, climbing, kayaking, hiking, camping and playing frisbee with his dogs. He has a black belt in Taekwondo and was on his high school wrestling team. When he is not doing some sort of physical activity he enjoys watching movies and playing an occasional video game. He has been in the garage door business for over 15 years and enjoys being able to help people out and put a smile on their face.

Precision Garage Door is the best. Our garage door spring broke around 5:00 in the evening. The service technician (Jason) came out by 8:00 that evening and replaced the spring. He was courteous, fast and efficient. I was texted a picture of the technician so we would know who to expect so late in the day with a confirmation of our appointment. That was truly amazing. I have never had such excellent repair service. I highly recommend this company!

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Jason Rodriguez this week. Our garage door opener is working more smoothly than ever after he discovered some wires that were occasionally shorting out the system and preventing the closing of the door. Jason found and fixed the problem promptly, then checked and tightened all the other wiring, and lubricated the system. Prompt, friendly, and thorough service—all one could hope for!

My goodness, Jason, did an outstanding job of evaluating and servicing my garage door. He not only took care of the issues, he explained the reasons for the problems. Then he advised me on how to do regular lubricating of the rollers, hinges and spring. He advised moving tools that could damage the wiring or fall into the track and damage the door, requiring replacement. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. My garage door was not closing properly and I called Precision Door. The person answering the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me within a three-hour time frame. I was lucky! Within thirty minutes, my technician, Jason Rodriguez, came and knew exactly what was happening. He was very professional and courteous! He fixed my problem within minutes and then checked my entire garage door and motor. He oiled everything and did a wonderful job!
