Great job of letting us know who was coming, allowing us to track them and letting us know when the technician arrived. Michael was very efficient. He let us know what the choices could be and since our door is an industrial door that he would pass it to his counterpart with industrial doors. He went out of his way to set it up so we could manually open the door until it could be replaced. Great service.

My technician, Michael Falberg, was outstanding! I could not have asked for a higher quality repair or outstanding level of care and customer service! He was courteous, safe, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything, in detail. He surveyed the damage, made recommendations while explaining the “why” behind them.
