I'm not sure how you can justify 259.00 for 1hr (actually about 50mins) work and you didn't even supply any parts. 65.00 for service call, 65.00 1hr labor for the hour which should have been the first hour of the service call, and 125.00 for torsion reset labor. I called 2 days ago for 24hr service and was told at 4:00pm that the earliest someone could be here was two days later between 6:00 and 8:00pm. I find 259.00 for little less than an hours work and 0 urgency obscene. Additionally, I explained when I called what needed to be done, and a torsion reset fee was never mentioned. Stars? What would you give for what I have just described?

The manager contacted me personally to apologize for a misunderstanding that was rectified immediately even after hours. No sales tactics. They took care of my emergency with the upmost professionalism; the whole team was GREAT!

Michael Falberg is awesome! I have been having difficulties with my garage door a couple of times now and Michael has fixed me right up. He is so kind and always explains things so well. The last time he came out I actually got stuck in traffic and couldn't get home to meet him...but that didn't slow him down. He went right to work and fixed me up. Thanks Michael! There was no actual garage door repair work performed. Through Angie's List , I simply purchase a Garage Door Tuneup special (lubrication and rollers replacements). The serviceman, Mr. Michael, showed up on time as promised and very professional and informative with the work order. I appreciate Precision Doors Business and would reccomend their services.

Excellent service in a timely manner. Michael Falberg, the technician, was most courteous and professional. I thought the cable had broken on the door but Michael showed me that it wasn't. He also described how the springs were weak and wouuld eventially need to be replaced. Had him replace the springs while he was there. Also got an estimate for the top panel for the door since it is slightly bent and the support is bent. Will have that replaced at a later date. Thanks for showing this to me and thanks for you having a technician like Michael.

I thought the technician said his name was Eric but maybe i misunderstood and he said Rick. I believe that Lisa was the person i talked to on the phone and she handled my request for a 'first thing on Monday morning' appt. very expertly. Work was done in a very timely fashion.

Panicked when I realized I had backed into my garage door and knocked it off the track. Frustrated because it wasn't the first time this had happened. Precision made it all better! They responded to my call, had Eric out in less than two hours, repaired not only the damage I did but made improvements to both my garage doors to ensure this wouldn't happen again. I'll be callin on Precision when the time comes to replace these doors. Thanks Precision!

5 Stars hands down. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The technician Michael was professional and skilled in his work. The repairs needed were performed with no pressure for upsell. He did discuss future concerns and explained the needs in a professional manner. We will use him when we decide to upgrade our door.
