Just had the garage door fixed today. Simple fix. Broken spring. Have fixed it myself in the past, but didn't have time now. Called 8am Sat morning. Got to my house at noon. Very friendly. Fixed in 30 min. I would only deduct one star because I'm aware of what the springs cost wholesale.

Had a garage door opener replace. Service man was on time and polite. Job done quickly. The remotes malfunctioned but came back and quickly took care of the problem. Will use Prision again.

Troubleshot issue with opener remotes not working; replaced the circuit board. Also replaced the weatherstripping on bottom of door. Rick was professional and very personable. I give this service call 4 stars, instead of 5, due to the fact that when I called in to schedule the service, I was quoted incorrectly on replacing the weather stripping. It was quoted over the phone with the assumption that the aluminum stripping needed replacing as well ($11 per foot). I discovered this once Rick arrived. When I ended the call to your office, I thought this was extremely expensive for rubber stripping. If I didn't have the remote control issue, I would not have scheduled the visit. Fortunately, once Rick arrived, he realized what I really needed and the price for the stripping was a lot less expensive that I thought. Rick was thorough and determined to find and fix my problem with the remotes. He offered me a couple different options for repair and didn't push anything that I didn't need. Lowell, Rick is a great asset and takes care of customers as if he was the owner. Commitment to service and a sense of ownership is harder to find these days; let him know that you appreciate him!!!

The techicain did good work but when i call they didn't not disclose there would be a service charge or I would have shop around somewhere else first. I don't like to be surprise by unwanted charges.

I called from ad in the yellow pages. Service Tech, Eric Kee came within 2 hours. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in short time. I thought the price was a little high, but it was a Saturday and many companies would not have got to me so quick. Over all, I was pleased with the service.

They installed my garage door opening system, so that's who I naturally called. Brandon was held up in traffic, but called me to alert me. It was not simple to train my new Audi to my opener, but he finally was able to make it work. I was pleased with his service. I was not pleased with 3 conversations I had with the 3 women who answered my phone calls. I got some conflicting information.

I have used Precesion Door in the past and although I am not happy with my Chamberlian garage door opener I am happy with the quality of service. Technician was on time and professional. I did not feel like he would be the type who would case the place and come back and steal my lawnmower or something.Just sayin! LOL. The cost was higher than I thought it might be considering how cheap the parts are but with gas prices being as high as they are you have to make your money somewhere. In the end the customer will always get screwed.

The technician took the time to explain the problem and how he would fix it. He also gave me some tips for general maintenance (i.e. how to keep the track lubricated) of the garage door.

Precision door Rick serviced out garage putting new springs on because we installed the wrong size ourselves. Hopefully this will help in any future problems it cost 250.--. They did charge us a service call which they where not suppose to but that was credited once I called and talked to Bob very nice. They also took our old springs even though they were not broke just the wrong size. They brought them back once we requested them too. Overall I would call them again with any door problems.
