Chris was our technician and he was wonderful. He called and said he could come an hour early. He fixed our spring in no time and was so sweet. He thoroughly examined my garage door to make sure we didn’t need anything else and made sure it was working properly before he left. Service was great! Payton called before he showed up and was here between times I was told. Very polite & attentive. Diagnosed the problem and presented me with 3 options on what he could do to fix it. #1.Springs only. #2. Springs and roller bearings. #3. All with lifetime warranty. I picked #2 and he went to work. Took about an hour and he explained everything he done. Thanks!!

I had a very loud garage door that had trouble staying closed. Unfortunately I had used another local vendor recently that didn’t know how to fix the door. Dillon Kirby came out and is a miracle worker! My door runs quietly and very smooth! I am very happy with the results!
