Ben has been with our Precision Door team since January 2015 and he enjoys the people that he works with. He is happily married to Mary, and he has one daughter. Ben likes attending University of Memphis Basketball games with his wife. Go Tigers! He also enjoys watching movies, relaxing with family and friends, going camping, and going on scenic motorcycle rides with his wife. Ben is also a military Veteran where he proudly served our country for 8 years while in the Army where he served two tours in Iraq.

Precision Door technicians are both responsive, efficient and service-oriented. They do an OUTSTANDING job everytime. "Big box" stores may be a bit cheaper; I have used them in the remote past. But once I started using Precision, I have never gone back! Thank you, Precision. And, yes, I am a real, very picky customer. I have never written a positive review for anyone previousky. Ever.

Ben came out to replace my old garage door opener that finally expired. He went above and beyond to correct things that had previously been done incorrectly by a different repairman, at no charge to me. He was extremely professional and courteous, and I would certainly recommend both Ben and Precision Door.
