We will never go anywhere else for our electric gates needs!! Blake was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable, determined, POLITE technician at my home. I had called our long time gate service company first and they came out and said they couldn’t fix it (didn’t even examine it) and said we would need to buy a whole new set up to the tune of $5000. I knew it could be repaired and Blake didn’t give up until he found the problem. Fixed for less than 5% of the quoted replacement. QUALITY SERVICE! You should give him a raise!!! Thanks Precision Door for quality service!

Precision Door has superb service- from start to finish! The young lady who scheduled my was courteous, organized, and knowledgeable. She made sure that the appointment accommodated my schedule. The day before my appointment, I received a text message to confirm the date/time. The morning of my appointment, the technician (Blake) texted me that he was about 20 minutes away. I received a text with his photo so that I knew who to expect. He arrived on time, fixed the gate, and was extremely professional and courteous. After my appointment, Precision texted me to follow-up. I can't say enough good things about Precision- their customer service is outstanding, and their staff do excellent work!
