Expectations highly met. I needed a new motor for my garage because the old one wasn't responding well to remote signals. The young man that was sent was very knowledgeable and experienced, based on what was done. He told and showed me what he going to do and gave me a general time frame to complete the job. They installed my garage doors and was very pleased. I had a problem with the door , which is years later. When I called them on Sunday they were out within a hour to help me, so I wouldn't have to leave it up. John Pugh was very helpful and explained everything to me. My garage door was heavy to raise manually during the power outage and it wouldn’t stay open. I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Doors in the past, so it was a no brainer to call them. John Pugh called to make sure that it was convenient for him to come early for our appointment. He immediately found the broken spring, replaced both springs and was done in approximately 30 minutes. Excellent and professional service!
