Michael Falberg grew up in Memphis and has been on the PDS team since 2014. When asked his favorite thing about working at PDS, he responded with “Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, which is an important quality in a company.” Michael is happily married and is expecting his first child. He enjoys building and racing cars, watching football, shooting, and spending time with family and friends.

My technician, Michael Falberg, was outstanding! I could not have asked for a higher quality repair or outstanding level of care and customer service! He was courteous, safe, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything, in detail. He surveyed the damage, made recommendations while explaining the “why” behind them. Once he was done, he demonstrated the performance of the repairs he suggested. No up-sell, no pressure, no BS. What a great experience. Well done Michael!

I really appreciate the service Michael gave me today. My garage door was giving me trouble going up and down. He fixed the problem which was minor and no charge. I love Precision Door!!! They are real people, providing service with a smile! They don't try to up-sell you at every turn and they actually will tell you ways to troubleshoot and save yourself time and money...as a senior citizen, I really like that and you do not find that very often in a company today. The other thing I really like is, they make an appointment with you that doesn't take up half of your day and they call you when they are on the way, AND text you sending a photo of who is coming so you know exactly who will arrive at your door...really like that in today's weird world! I'm recommending Precision Door to our Homeowner's Association for our residents! Thanks, Precision!

Great job of letting us know who was coming, allowing us to track them and letting us know when the technician arrived. Michael was very efficient. He let us know what the choices could be and since our door is an industrial door that he would pass it to his counterpart with industrial doors. He went out of his way to set it up so we could manually open the door until it could be replaced. Great service.
