Easy to schedule and very responsive. Technician, Rick, explained everything after he did his inspection and went over all my options, including discounts. He installed a new opener and also installed new door hardware. When he was finished, he went through all the operations of the door, including the wall entry, remotes, and WiFi options.

I have had Precision out a year or two before for preventive maintenance, so when the spring broke this time I called them back. The call in to the service was very helpful and professional. Rick was there a little early of the appointment, very pleasant from the start. He came in and assessed the issue and gave me several options with full understandable explanations of each.
