I called at 7:38pm after a cable broke. I could not raise nor lower the door, so I could not get my cars out of the garage. Rick arrived at 9:00pm...that's right...9 o'clock at night and repaired my door. I ordered a new door and opener on the spot since my old one was over 30 year old. I could not be happier with the service I received. Outstanding!

Both of my garage doors gave out at the same time - on a Saturday! Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and a very pleasant person promised that someone would come out to check the doors between 6 and 8 pm on Saturday night. Sure enough, Rick called ahead to let us know when he was going to arrive and he arrived just as promised. Both of my garage doors needed work but one needed a major overhaul. Rick dug right in and got it done. It was as hot as blazes in the garage and he worked late on a Saturday night but he did a great job! I will definitely call again and ask for Rick. Thank you!!!!!!!
