Jason was born right here in Memphis, Tennessee. He loves to travel. He is also an avid outdoorsman that enjoys riding mountain bikes, climbing, kayaking, hiking, camping and playing frisbee with his dogs. He has a black belt in Taekwondo and was on his high school wrestling team. When he is not doing some sort of physical activity he enjoys watching movies and playing an occasional video game. He has been in the garage door business for over 15 years and enjoys being able to help people out and put a smile on their face.

My goodness, Jason, did an outstanding job of evaluating and servicing my garage door. He not only took care of the issues, he explained the reasons for the problems. Then he advised me on how to do regular lubricating of the rollers, hinges and spring. He advised moving tools that could damage the wiring or fall into the track and damage the door, requiring replacement. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. I will definitely contact Precision Door for any future concerns. THANK YOU!

My garage door was not closing properly and I called Precision Door. The person answering the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me within a three-hour time frame. I was lucky! Within thirty minutes, my technician, Jason Rodriguez, came and knew exactly what was happening. He was very professional and courteous! He fixed my problem within minutes and then checked my entire garage door and motor. He oiled everything and did a wonderful job! I had requested Technician Jason Rodriguez by name to come service my garage doors because he had worked here before and impressed me with his technical skills, work efficiency, and pleasant personality. Jason did not disappoint. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and quickly installed a keypad opener, programmed two clickers, and troubleshot one of my opener head units. I called Precision Door because it had initially installed the garage door. I had an issue with the key pad. The tech arrived at the time Precision Door said he would. Also, the tech called me to say when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I immediately thought, good customer service. When the Tech Jason arrived, he explained everything and quickly resolved the issues I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also inspected the door and found everything in good condition. He sprayed a lubricant on the door and rollers. 100% good customer service and a very reasonable price. I say reasonable because I have used other garage companies in the past at a previous house. They don't even compare to Precision Door. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Jason Rodriguez as my technician on 11/12/2021 for my garage door. When I say Precision is AWESOME, I received same day service which is a plus for me. Mr. Rodriguez was very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized my problem in 10 minutes. The repair took less than an hour. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis!!! They are wonderful!
