Your 2 technicians did an awesome job. Replaced 4 brackets, lubed them up, and changed settings on garage door motor so that it comes down so smooth/doesn't slam down. Very professional, and enjoyed speaking with both of them.

Had my garage door opener replaced 3 times within a year, same problem kept popping up, tired of calling the service to correct the problem. Service was EXPEDIENT and EFFICIENT. Technician Josh came in earlier than the appointment and was quite calm and direct. He seemed to know in advance to go directly to the source of the problem, and he most certainly was correct. Ground Fault socket had tripped the garage opener socket! Josh had us back up and working in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend the services of Precision to everyone.
